Mine is DOOM: Episode 4 (beating the fourth episode of the first DOOM on "Hurt Me Plenty" or a higher difficulty) with 6,92%.
People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.Eh, why not.
Collector from Heroes Over Europe (1.89%) followed by Beat Zico (2.15%) from Wipeout HD.
Politics of Silencing Foes(6.63%):
Defeat the final boss of Metal Gear Rising:Revengeance on Hard or above(I did it on Revengeance) without taking ANY damage.

I don't care for trophies. The only games I ever brought to platinum on my own bat were Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, and both are more tedious than challenging. Got a platinum in Bioshock: Infinite, too, but only because I was curious about how 1999 mode would change the game (note: it didn't). Generally, I have yet to see a game that has interesting trophies across the board. Mostly it's a few cool easter eggs and otherwise just forced grinding and boring Fake Difficulty bullshit.

Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence. My rarest trophy is 'Heroic Agent' from Just Cause 2, for completing the game on Experienced difficulty (10.61%). It's followed by 'Download Complete' from AC:Brotherhood for reaching level 50 in Multiplayer (10.75%) (I really love that multiplayer), and 'Professor Portal' (12.66%) from Portal 2 for completing the tutorial of the co-op campaign with a friend who hasn't played before.
The trophy statistics are quite interesting for some games - 97.97% of Dark Souls players reached the first bonfire, which begs the question: how did 2% not? It's down a straight hallway with enemies that can't even kill you. And only 96.14% managed to get an Estus Flask, which is only a few rooms later.
"Steel wins battles. Gold wins wars."Guess it means that they gave up on the game before even reaching the trigger in question. No way they missed it, especially since the Dark Soul's series encourages replays.
Yeah, that's what I meant. Why would someone install a game and not even play the tutorial?
"Steel wins battles. Gold wins wars."Well, it could be the console has multiple accounts, with only one of the accounts playing the game.
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver! From the first Little Big Planet: Ace Act 5: The Boss (8.16%)
Not a particularly hard level to ace but it is a DLC for an old game.

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Mine isn't very rare at all; "Krogan Ally" (10.14%) in Mass Effect for completing the majority of the game with the Krogan squad member. I only got my PS 3 a few months ago, though.
Mine's pathetically common - Master Builder (Fully upgrade all weapons) in Transformers Fall Of Cybertron - 14.09% common
My name is Addy. Please call me that instead of my username.Surprisingly my least common trophy is Day tripper from Sonic Unleashed, which is like 6.89 or something. Which is weird because it's something you should get for completing the game normally.
nyo ho hoMine's crazy rare - Amphi-scenic Route on Wipeout HD (Do a barrel roll during the reversed Amphiseum shortcut), with only 2.70% of people having completed it.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle. That one makes me wonder if anyone has that game's Platinum, named Transcendence, and how low is its percentage. I don't have it myself, though.
It's like 1.07 or something.
nyo ho hoMy Rarest is "World's Finest" in Injustice, which is for completing all S.T.A.R. Labs missions with 3 stars on each. 1.62% of players have it.
Of course, it's a recent game, so that doesn't count for much yet.
The next (three) rarest comes from LBP's Pirates of the Caribbean DLC levels, which I guess not many people had bought 'cause they were pretty easy trophies.
Then Twisted Metal 2012, "We buy gold!" for getting gold on all campaign events, including co-op, at 4.41%
Not that many very high up. My rarest Platinum is for the original Little Big Planet.

this place needs me hereCan we post our rarest achievements, too? I can't check my rarest trophy right now, but I can check my rarest Steam achievement. It seems that my rarest acheivement on Steam is ED-Ecated at 2.9%, though I think that its recording of NV achievements must be borked. Gonna have to go back and run some GRA challenges or something.
Lightspeed Fighter from Nier. I finished the game in 15 hours. 12.93% of players managed it. Really? The game isn't exactly very long in a single playthrough.
When I look at unearned trophies though, the first is a doozy. Betelgeuse: Defeat Elixirel Daath from Gundemonium Recollection. 0.25% of players have achieved it.
Not Three Laws compliant.I would imagine the Legion victory one from Fallout New Vegas would make the rare as rocking horse poo list.
I saw a thread on Gamefaqs yesterday where posters went on PSN Profiles.com to find out what their rarest trophy was and shared it with the rest of the board. I thought this would be fun to do here, hence this thread. I'll get the ball rolling.
My rarest trophy is Throws Are For Champs from Mortal Kombat 9, which has been earned by 4.90% of players.
