I never really liked this band in general. I remember seeing their video for "Celebrity Status" and being baffled that this could exist. Also, I always held Devin Townsend as the saviour of Canadian music.
Someone wake me from this nightmare, I've become my darkest fear...... then why are you even here?
Halper's Law: as the length of an online discussion of minority groups increases, the probability of "SJW" or variations being used = 1.If it helps, I have been glued to "Ever After" for about a month, and working my way into "Masterpiece Theatre". Actually found your thread when I was looking for an MT page in music. (i wish I knew enough to launch it!p
I'm a pitchphraser, not a catchphraser.found them through a fanvideo that used "All to Myself" listened to all the music videos then found the Masterpiece theatre cd listened to all of that then Ever After came out and now I own all three cd's and havent looked back nor regretted finding them
I knew I wasn't the only one! XD
Seriously though, their best songs (at least IMO) are "Beside You" and "Desperate Measures".
Also, they need a page on this site. Now.
Peace is the only battle worth waging."Beside you" was the song that got me into them. :) I can't wait for their new album. A lot of people hated "Pop 101" but I thought it was hilarious, and "Here's to the Zeros"... just awesome.
And "Desperate Measures" is my dancing song. XD

Advance towards me, brethren.
Does anyone else on this site listen to this band?
I became a fan after I saw a really well done Twixie PMV on Youtube that was set to 'Stutter'. I've only listened to Ever After, but I am now convinced they've redeemed Canadian music after the horror of the Beebs and Nickelback.
