Not necessarily, although I suppose it would depend on if it's meant in general to cover more than one mook at a time or just one.

Murder mission implies the target must be killed, but tropes are flexible. There for Mook's Murder Mission is a bad title and pointless attempt at alliteration. However, I have nothing better to offer so I just voted for sic em scene.
This runoff has never gained consensus in favour of either rename option, and it's unlikely it will do so now. I am sorry to say, but I'll have to close this one as a failed repair.
