Well, it is a good thing you went to the discussion board first. It is generally a good idea to go here before uploading an image yourself. The text is illegible when scaled down to 350, so I don't think it would be a good idea to use. It's hard enough to see at full size. I would try to find a better image.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I was thinking about that, and I thought we might use a part of the chart, something vaguely like this thing◊ that Andrew Sullivan posted today (the upper-left nine cocktails). I think if we just take that bit—or even a smaller bit, like the upper-left four—and link to the full chart in the caption, we can get around that issue. The upper corner is still fairly representative, containing as it does some rather iconic drinks from various media (the upper-left four include two movies, a major novel, and a major TV show, all with instantly identifiable drinks).

If you have a decent image you don't need to come here but I'm glad you did. The complete chart is illegible at full size. The smaller picture would be better for an encyclopedia I'd say. A photo of some drinks◊ would do nicely though.
Here's something I mocked up from OP's post:
Caption idea: This is just a "taste" of the myriad personalities... <— Yeah, I think it needs work

Much more legible, but the problem is that it's hard to get a good representation of all of them in a single image. Of course, a picture of drinks works, too.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I very much like the idea of using drinks that are representative of particular characters, more than just using "photos of drinks". At wiki size, four is the most that will be readable at all.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Agreed. Especially since the trope is specifically about characters ordering/consuming drinks that befit them in some way (e.g. personality, heritage, etc) as opposed to just a random person having a random drink.
I think #5 is a good one. It would be even better if someone with skills could edit the text so it's more legible.
Check out my fanfiction!Yeah, the text is still unreadable.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.I can read it, but I have to lean into the monitor a bit...the concept is sound, we just need to tweak the execution.
5 is at 265. Why not take advantage of the full 350?
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Simply increasing the size doesn't make it any clearer. The artifacting more than counteracts the increased size.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Peasant found a solution to that, but posted it on the wrong thread by mistake. This one is much clearer. [1] It's still artifacted, but not as badly, and it can be corrected by using Smart Blur.
There is also a zoomed in version. [2]◊
Slightly larger version.
[3]◊
I think this text is way too small to use. Either image would require extensive protoshopping to get a good illustration.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed. If these◊ can be made legible I think it would be better.
It's a good idea in principle, but I think it fares more poorly cropped/zoomed in. Also, all the examples are movies and don't tell you what they are, but that's a lesser issue.
I like @5 and the ones in @14. I am not clear what @4 is.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI tried to make a better one, but didn't turn out that well with the artifacting. I'm bad at that. Still, larger and a little easier to read. (300 px and 350 px resp.) I also picked four different glasses, since that just looks better.

Looks better. It's such a shame I can't tell the difference on the thread.
I started a Tech Wishlist & Bug Reports conversation about this issue. The more people go on it to complain about how annoying this problem is, the more likely something will be done about it.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Yeah. Clicking "View Image" or whatever for your browser, and getting them to different tabs/windows is the best I do for comparisons. But then you get a dark background, which sometimes makes a big difference.

Check out my fanfiction!I wish I could read what's written in white in some of them (like Rocky's protein shake)
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.You can see that it contains "5 raw eggs". The white text in the middle on the light blue background is very annoying, though, I agree.
Clock is set. Barring someone being able to make something work from that chart, I'm good to put the whole thing on an Image Links page.
But does it actually matter whether we can read the exact ingredients for the drinks or are we being unnecessarily picky? The main point of the trope is about the drinks associated with certain characters and/or character types. And that's pretty clearly conveyed in the pics suggested.
I agree with that. Being able to read absolutely everything is just gravy.

Well, I've found this◊, which certainly seems to fit the spirit (haha) of the trope. I'd add it immediately myself, but (1) I am utterly unfamiliar with the process of adding images and (2) the image is very large, so it would need to be resized (which I am only vaguely aware of how to do). (PS: I think it might be best to do this the way we did the image for Joisey, with the small version being here and a link to the full image in its gigantic glory.)
