The... what did I just watch?

What the hell did I just watch?

Why do I feel like crying?

SPOILERS AHEAD. IF YOU WANT TO GET MINDFUCKED PROPERLY, YOU SHOULD WATCH THAT FIFTEEN-MINUTE ANIMATION SHORT WITHOUT HAVING READ WHAT FOLLOWS.

Like, the bit where the kid shoots the music teacher (was it his father) and it's ghost's hand keeps slapping him in the head whenever he makes a mistake. Or where the antidepressant-taker runs a weasel over and then smothers her soul back into her body and they french kiss. Or where the same anti-depressant kisser showers in a bathtub where another depressive killed herself. Or the fact that the treatment his doctor prescribed, "go fuck yourself", wasn't a joke at all. Or how that old cartoon character died by slipping on a banana peel (what kind of cartoon dies of that?), and he keeps bleeding till everyone swims in his blood. His back-and-white, semitransparent blood.. Or how a walking poop births a child and then looks like she's about to eat it. Or the Stepford Smiler from the sitcom plateau insisting that we're all alone and unloved and life is shit. Or how they replaced the laught track with an applause track in that sitcom and it felt weird as fuck.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

[up]DID I MENTION IT'S ALL DONE IN AN AMAZINGLY CUTE ART STYLE? ALSO, AT THE AFOREMENTIONED KISSING SCENE, CTHULHU SHOWS UP AND SCOFFS "HMPF! TYPICAL!" LIKE AN OFFENDED MIDDLE-CLASS OLD LADY.

And a homeless man keeps jumping hitting his head on a green brick protruding from a wall, mario-style, because the first time he did it a huge gold coin actually came out.

And a father plays frisbee with his son, the frisbee comes back and sticks into his head, killing him. Then his son comes to see what's going on "DADDY, WHAT'S WRONG", throws the frisbee back behind him, and said frisbee comes back and cuts his head clean off, which then rolls on the floor of the green peaceful park like a football.

Did I also mention a girl that cries "TEARS"? That is to say, she cries the word itseñf, in ALL CAPS. And the tissue box shouts in pain every time she rips a tissue up. Eventually, it gets so pissed off, it rips a strand of hair from the girl's head, leaving some red skull flesh exposed, to wipe its own nose.

There also was a man sitting down on the sidewalk, fishing from a manhole. He fishes out what turns out to be the key to his car, in which he gets just in time for it to blow up.

And Pikachu makes a few cameo appearances wearing a Mickey Mouse mask.

And there's a kid going through several scenes in his underwear banging a kooking pot with a spoon and shouting horribly "LA LA LA LA LA". He eventually ends up becoming a living art exhibit in a modern museum, complete with sidewalk and spotlights.

And at the end of the story the kid who was trying to play all along, failing every time, finally plays before an audience of all the characters seen so far, including the teacher he killed, and the ghost hand of the teacher he killed, which take separate seats. He plays the piano song perfectly, and it is amazingly soulful and touching and sad and depressing.

The whole thing was very bleak. It felt like a depressed person trying to make others and themself think they're happy by being loud and hyperactive, and yet failing... and eventually just acknowledging the sadness and accepting it. It's kinda like Adventure Time, but without the optimistic never-say-die outlook of the characters there.

Just the description of it sounds like some attempt at creepypasta that was only actually posted once.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.

I've seen two of his other works, Octocat Adventure and RGB XYZ.

I am largely immune to WTF from him.

I take it the "pile of paper airplanes over your head" disease is a reference to Paperman?

Not really, one can make up really vague reasons on why they hate something even if they've never seen it.

This is incredibly vague, and he hasn't mentioned anything about the actual movie.
