having checked the first dubbed episodes,it's a funny coincidence that two of the people who are loyal to Satsuki(whose role is a bit similar to Lordgenome from the series' spiritual predecessor,when you think about it)have also voiced two of Lordgenome's generals:Inumuta is voiced by Cytomander and her butler Soroi is voiced by Guame(and also played Dayakka)

Turns out the OVA will essentially be Cooler Returns, with Senketsu being alive for no reason, everyone's characters being reverted to pre ending, Ryuko and Satsuki fighting Neo Ragyo for most of it before being swarmed by her clones when he's actually just a head now, and a Deus ex Machina ending where the two overload her Life Fiber Star despite having been visibly sucked dry.
Either that or it's them fighting Ragyo Soul.

Read the review, this guy simply doesn't get it. The only point I'll give him is that the pacing can be disorienting to one's expectations, but if you just go with the flow and enjoy every instant for what it is, it's simply breathtaking.

It's a very Japanese show. Definitely not something you want to suggest to newer anime fans. You need to have a grasp on Japanese culture, the Japanese language and a variety of old-school (sometimes obscure) anime and manga to get the full experience and to make sure a good chunk of the material and references don't fly over your head.
In fact, if you look at this on the surface, it is quite easy to get lost.
Looking to upgrade to park bench.
Plus, there's a lot of fanservice to look past, and some people are just not willing to sit through shot after shot of Ryuko's bottom.
