My perspective on life has been forever changed by the beauty mine eyes have seen.

There have been drawings of pretty much the entire cast wearing Senketsu. Quite frankly, I'm surprised it took this long for Mr. Mankanshoku to get his turn.

If only it had never happened. Imagine how much better a place the world would be.

I dunno if anything will be able to erase that image from my mind, but this helps.

we need Guts in Senketsu.

That drawing is weeks-old at least.

This is much cooler. Somehow, I think it doesn't fit.

Is it weird that I now really want Platinum to make a Kill La Kill game?

And an Attack On Titan game too would be nice.

We do, it's called Metal Gear Rising.

I think whether this angst is good or not hinges on how the next episode handles it; if she spends the first two thirds moping around NB HQ and then gets herself captured in the last act after getting over it, then yeah it'd be pointless.

Good morning, tropers. That's my first comment (after lurking in the site for years), but, since until now nobody talked about this yet, maybe I should point this to you.

First scene: Mrs Mankanshoku to Senketsu - "If I were 20 years young I'd wear you!"

Second scene: Ira Gamagoori rescues Mako from the COVERS. Bare naked.

Third scene: Riuko rejects Senketsu.

Shinra-Koutetsu, eh? I don't know what that means, or what that is supposed to be. The only thing that comes to my mind is the Shinra from Final Fantasy VII.

Somehow it took me a few minutes to realize what you mean. And it sounds awesome. Kind of unlikely, but if it happened I'd shriek happily throughout the cosmos.

Fun fact: Mr. Mankanshoku's voice actor also voiced Raiden in the Metal Gear Solid series and Metal Gear Rising.

Maybe this didn't happen in the next episode, but I think Trigger gave us enough flags to let the possibility open for the future. Maybe in the final fight, can you imagine it??

I'd rather see Senketsu grow a body than see Mako wearing him.

A Kill La Kill game by Platinum I imagine being more like a messier version of Bayonetta as opposed to Rising. If they go with an original story, I want to see crazy bosses based on Fashion Brands.

@Pachylad: to me, it was enough foreshadowing about the next person to wear Senketsu.

I always think that a good director never puts a line in his characters' mouth for nothing.

But I don't see this happening in ep 20. Maybe two or three episodes later.

Those are the best moments though!

I don't think the fecal matter can achieve a higher state of reality after this, honestly.

...Well, until Shinra-Kotetsu gets unleashed, but I'll give that maybe two more episodes. Or the end of the next episode, I don't know.

I'm more amazed that there's a show that exists in which there's a giant dress that's also a doomsday weapon. But hey, it's Kill la Kill.
