Gargoyles: A clan of winged humanoids turn back into stone while an intelligent businessman puts his castle back in Scotland and reverses time for 1000 years until a wizard undoes the spell and they return and are greeted by a bitchy princess(someone could probably put it better though)

This actually reminds me of an old, probably deleted Uncyclopedia article, that had Harry Potter having been raised in Hogwarts and escaping to go live with the muggles, with Voldemort having sacrificed himself to save Harry from his evil parents, who are hiding in Iran.
Anyways:
- The Secret Of NIMH: A tragic story of a sick mouse whose deranged mother leaves behind to convince a bunch of rats keep using their resources from the humans, who they may or may not have experimented upon. Jeremy the crow is the smartest, most sane person, and the sequel is all about Timmy growing up to be brainwashed into a crazy Eric Iddle while his mother gets a statue she didn't deserve.
- Princess Mononoke: A demon possessed Emishi princess attacks a forest boar god who kills him, but is infected by his curse. The boar god travels to a town fighting against the forest forces who attempt to take control of it. He falls in love with a wolf goddess rescued by the humans and made into one of their own. Anihilation ensues.
- The Legend Of Korra: A bunch of unambiguously opressed citizens fight back against their superpowered opressors, only to be attacked by a highly spiritual teen girl, that gradually degrades into an arrogant, wrathful mess. The airbenders are the most diabolical of all factions, and Tarrlok is the son of one of the two people who sealed the Avatar. Amon energybends, and it's awesome.

- Wreck It Ralph: Ralph is a bad guy with a lot of friends. One day he gets crazy, goes in Sugar Rush and turns Vanellope into a glitch, with the help of Turbo and the Cy-Bugs. He wrecks her kart, so the other racers build her a lame-looking one after banishing her from racing. After that, Vanellope gets a medal and gives it to Ralph, who flies in Hero's Duty to put it back at his place, along with the Cy-Bugs. Meanwhile Felix and Calhoun divorce. After helping Pvt. Markowski to get his armor back, he helps Felix at his party, steals food from Q*bert and goes to Bad-Anon, only to say that he loves being a villain in his game, where he rebuilds the building Felix is demolishing with his magic hammer in order to replace it with woods.
- Animaniacs: The Warner Brothers (and the Warner Sister) are so wacky that they forced themselves into the tower. They are later freed because of their randomness.

The Dreamstone: Zordrak has his henchmen return the Dreamstone to its rightful place every time it goes missing. Rufus, Amberly and the Dream Maker, however, are tired of having pleasant dreams and constantly try to dispose of the Dreamstone in the Land of Nightmares.
Wattoo Wattoo: An extraterrestrial race of shapeshifting pacifist birds go to a distant planet to systematically ruin the lives of a species of wasteful geese. Eventually the Wattoos' leader stows away on a space capsule and leaves.
Doodlez: Dood's life is improved by a magic pencil which undraws lines and a magic eraser which can create things from thin air.
Arthur: Arthur is going to school to forget everything he learned in the third grade. Every so often he is given a homework assignment to undo. Binky stops doing ballet and becomes a bully. Buster travels with his dad for a few episodes and then forgets everything that happened during that time. Sue Ellen moves out and travels the world with her parents. Technology becomes more and more primitive over the course of the series, eventually reverting to late 1980s level.

[1] : Dr. Doofenshmirtz drops inventions in Phineas and Ferb's backyard after Candace kicks their mother out of the house, which the brothers then demolish. Past that, it's pretty much the same.

Total Drama (any season): Chris has to wrangle two teenagers and at the beginning of most episodes a new one comes on until there are somewhere between ten and twenty-five. Then they all leave.
I've actually enjoyed watching quite a few of the World Tour songs literally backwards on this YouTube channel.
If you watch your favourite cartoon starting from the end, you just may discover completly new story. For example:
Avatar The Last Airbender : The world was at peace until Avatar showed up and gave superpowers to some psychopath. As war took over planet, all Avatar's allies turned against him or left him except two. Then turns out these two just wanted to go home, then they put him on ice.
Batman The Animated Series - Batman breaks villains out of prison, puts guns in their hand with batarang, and leaves them alone so they can put money in banks and go back to jail. After few seassion they all turn sane. Also If you die, remember to smile, then clown will resurrect you with his magic gas.
House Of Mouse - Guests are waiting for their cartoons, but Mickey is so stupid he keep playing them backwards, so they get fed up and leave.
Iron Man - Rich jerk superhero gets so drunk, he accidently makes some weapons for terrorists. In his shame he destoys his armor and finds his new calling: buying weapons from people and taking them apart.
My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic - Its a story about a alicorn who screwed around with her friends cutie marks, so the princess fixed everything and stole her powers Later she sends her letters about stupid things she and her friends suposse to do. Other ponies are punished for crimes such as: destroying dresses, creating clouds and absorbing parties with cannon.
Sonic Sat AM - Kindly scientist created robots and then turned into real beings. They leave him, but occasionaly visit him to give him stuff and fix his machines.
Spider Man The Animated Series - Villains want to cover city in webs, but they're stopped by Amazing Web-Absorber-man. His life is awesome, people who are mad at him always forget about it, and finally his uncle comes back from the dead. Based on comics that people only started reading after Peter asked devil for hot wife.
Gravity Falls - Gruncle Stan pays people for leaving his shop. Still awesome.
Wacky Races- All races end in draw.
Xiaolin Showdown - Monks hide magic artifacts across the words, so years later The Chosen One may find them and destroy them. So, plot makes kinda more sense.
