Yeah that makes sense. I have been wondering that if, since Lois and Clark escaped the Flashpoint by being out of the universe then did Lex do the same because he was also out of the universe. And I'm guessing new 52 lois and clark are actually reincarnated earth-2 lois and clark as their bodies are on that earth. And new 52 Luthor? Alex Jr.
That reminds me...what happened to Superboy Prime in the New 52? Still stuck on the Source Wall or retconned somewhere else(Multiversity suggests he existed since he destroyed Earth 15)? I have to wonder if stuff in the Source Wall stays that way even when the timeline is changed
I just wish they could Author's Saving Throw his appearance in Teen Titans since they were trying to redeem him in Blackest Night. Fourth wall makes slaves of us all
We don't know. If anything could survive a timeline being messed with it would be the source wall but we don't know
In the preview of Superman#6 Krypto's on his way back
As much as I'm enjoying having post-Crisis Superman back, his new costume with the blue boots makes him look like he's wearing footie pajamas.
Agreed, actually. And also the coexistence of that costume along with Kong Kenan's Superman outfit just makes me think of the oriignal, Silver Age Superman Red and Superman Blue.
Isn't their an old version of the Superman costume that actually was an indestructible baby outfit? Or at least made from Kryptonian baby blankets.
Yeah, Silver Age Superbaby's play outfit was made from his indestructible blankets and was later rewoven into his Superboy costume. Believe it or not, it was supposed to stretch as he grew.
Perhaps the Superman-Red/ Superman-Blue dichotomy is on purpose. Maybe all these disparate Super-folks will combine into one Superman at the end of Rebirth.
What is Superman's costume made from in the DCEU? It survives a point blank nuclear explosion! And Doomsday can still poke through it. Bruce needs to reverse engineer that cape(that survived a nuke) for his own tech. If at all possible, since it might be difficult for him to get a sample. And for all we know, the outfit is indestructable just because it comes from krypton and everything organic(including cloth) becomes invulnerable under Earth's Sun.
Pre Crisis, the outfit is indestructible Kryptonian clothing.
Post Crisis, it's an ordinary leotard that is as invulnerable as Clark as long as it's skintight, due to the tactile telekinesis explanation for his powers.
New 52, he wears Kryptonian armor because anything else wouldn't stand up to the beatings he takes.

Superman#6 was very cosy Krypto's back, Metropolis have accepted the "new" Superman and given him the key to the city, and Jon gets his own pair of glasses
Anyone else remember that time the Fortress of Solitude got destroyed, so Superman defaced a Mayan pyramid to make his new fortress?
My various fanfics....The hell? When did this bout of insanity happen? (Pre-Crisis maybe?)
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundNope, it was after the event "For Tomorrow"

My various fanfics....Which was when exactly? 90's, 2000's, Nu 52?
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundAh.
Somehow, that makes it make less sense than if it was actually Pre-Crisis.
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundDoes it make less sense than the Silver Age story where Superman tells Batman that he(Bruce) has a broken leg, but Bruce doesn't really have a broken leg. Supes just put a cast on him to keep him from dying from a toxin he had breathed in. It was something that would be lethal with too much activity. I don't know why Clark couldn't have just told him that he would catch the bad guys and Bruce would rest so the toxin would leave his system. And threaten to use sedatives if Bats does not comply. How do you not know that your leg is not broken? It would be too dark to suggest that Batman went along with it to avoid getting an actual broken leg. Would Clark even resort to breaking someone's leg to keep them from dying?
I think he would. Broken legs heal, while death is generally more permanent.
So Jon is officially Superboy and we got Krypto back with a cape. And next arc we get superfamily shenanigans on dinosaur island
I remember reading that story as a kid and buying into it completely.
The Protomen enhanced my life.Your mental image for the week: Steels plays the bongos naked
Huh. So Lana and Steel are an item. Is that from pre-Rebirth? Because that's an interesting development I didn't know about. Or is it just something that happened off-screen?
In any case, this actually looks like a good series. I hope by the end of the storyline, though, Lois comes back to life. It would be too tragic if she didn't.
I can dig that theory, especially when in Superwoman, You have a female atangonist who is wearing a variation of Lex Luthor's iconic armour
