Um... even though this is cool, I actually would've liked the more traditional route too.
It's... probably a really selfish reason, but, um... I feel like Midori's... yandere-ness would come across better if she was physically present in her normal body.
Not that this isn't cool or interesting or fun, it is.

Well, I'm glad that you're having fun, at least. The original route would have involved some physical presence in the net, along with having to use diplomacy to persuade a shadow to make an exit for you when you wanted to leave.
I wasn't sure how that would work, though; a lot of people have computer screens too small to crawl into, for one. Although it would get rid of one hard-to-swallow Hand Wave regarding how Bug got his hands on so many Evokers...

To be honest I would have preferred the traditional route of summoning our Persona's and fighting alongside them but that's just me
