Power Rangers as a whole

I'm getting a strong feeling that we'll see the return of sunglasses morphers.

The Morphers will be gloves.

I forgot how much I disliked that season's uniform

Also weird how they show the two sixth ranger in the opening promo.

Well the Sentai Morphers HAVE sun glasses built in (wrist mounted morphers and pistols for Gold and Silver),

I expect them to keep those as the Neo Saban rangers have all kept the Sentai Morphers, and said morphers are visible when morphed.

I really like the jackets, but iffy on the pants and the "animal" parts of the helmets.

How do you think theyll go about adapting Lupinranger vs. Patranger?

Or are they just gonna skip it?

Presumably with English voice over for the Sentai bit and new footage for the out-of-suit bits.

(Coz I'm gonna assume you're not asking people to predict what story line a hypothetical power rangers series (who often deviate far from the Sentai) will go for to adapt a series which is currently still only aired its 5th episode)

So were the Beast-Fist Transformation Geki Changers, but that didn't stop Disney.

The Geki Changers meld so much into the uniform, I only ever realized what they were when I went out and looked at the sentai. So ignoring them is a lot easier

The Sentai Morphers for Go-Busters are huge ass things that stick out from each ranger's left arm. They are FAR harder to wave away.

Not gonna say they can't do it, but it'll take some doing.

x2 I mean the Ninningers used a huge ass sword to transform which Ninja Steel didn't carry over so they could still trade in the Go-Busters morphers for a PR exclusive one.

Well the format is a little different and I'm curious if Saban would try to maintain that, disregard it, or skip over the series entirely.

Having two morally grey teams could be interesting.

In Ninja Steel, things started with Galvanax as the main villain, but then his commander, Madam Odeus took over when Galvanax was killed and she became the main bad guy. Does this reflect the Sentai?

Nope. In the sentai Odious was loyal to the counterpart of Galvanax.

At least until the ending where he betrays his father from the inside and then goes on to become a Ninninger in the one off sequel special.

I don't know why, but I feel JDF's acting has made quite the improvement from his early days.

It's been basically confirmed that much of the acting in Power Rangers is pushed upon by the producers, similar to the issues with acting in the Star Wars prequels. This interview JDF said they would often give a more subdued, realistic take and would be instructed to go bigger and broader. A number of the merchandising pictures were intended as jokes by the actors, but was actually exactly what the producers wanted.

I've heard a lot of this Drakon, but I'm not sure what he's FROM. I mean, Is there a comic book where he's the main antagonist? What's it called?

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Boom Studio's run. Drakon is the main enemy starting with the second arc.

Wasn't Drakon the name of the villain from Masked Rider?

That would be Count Dregon. He's the main antagonist and also the main character's evil uncle.
