[up]? I want to know the same.

On a funnier note, I was at Wal-Mart the other day and noticed they now carry it for some reason(no, I didn't get any).

Redirect this to Food Tropes. As-is, the page is unusable. If someone wants to make an UN page, they can do so in Useful Notes.

But is it considered a way to evade a declined cut? Or is it not technically cut because it was redirected?

So far as we can tell the cut was declined because of inbounds. If that's the only reason to preserve a page, the normal policy is to redirect the page to something that is close enough to what the inbounds were looking for.

I am getting a bit off-topic but what are the consequences of killing a page with X number of inbounds?

Keep it breezy!

Loss of traffic to the site.
