Plot

Anime. Ever since the medium emerged outside Japan in the 1980s, anime has captivated audiences around the world, and has influenced animation all over ever since. It has experienced boom periods that won over fans from around the world, especially those in the United States and Europe. Not to be outdone by Anime's growing number of fans, Western animated characters from the US and Europe has made a vow that they would retain, regain and grow their own number of fans. Anime characters took notice of the West's push for more fans, and they made strides to maintain their own fanbases. In addition, the fundamental question of whose is the best medium out there has lead to increasing bluster and insults being thrown between the two.

Now, this race for more fan support has given way to a Cold War of sorts between Western Animation and Anime with relations worsening as the days go by. If their relations continue to deteriorate, it could lead to both bases looking to outright exterminate the other in order to get the biggest fanbase and the best medium out there. Their equivalent to World War III. And That's Terrible...

Whew. Now that's out of the way. Now, the characters would be broken up into 3 factions, the neutral party (which can have both Anime and Western Animation characters, trying to "keep the peace" if you will), Anime characters and Western Animation characters as the two sides. The setting would be a mix of both real world settings and fictional settings (for example, locales such as New York City, Toontown, California, and Tokyo, Japan would be the meeting places of the Anime and Western characters, sort of like the UN). In-character fights are allowed, as long as they remain in-character and don't degenerate to "my dad can beat your dad" type arguments. You can also play up to 3 characters (which would equate to one per faction).

• No sexual situations, unless it's consensual, both characters are at or above the age of consent, and it has a Fade to Black.

• Side: Being who Alfred portrays, he is in the middle peacekeeping group. His origins however, tend to make him favor the Anime side.

Appearance: Joker is tall and thin, wearing a purple waist coat and a green tie underneath a black trench coat, His face is bright white, his eyes are blood shot and yellow, he has a permanently red grin with jagged yellowish teeth. He wears white silk gloves and a flower on his lapel, he has messy bright green dread locks. He wears fingerless white gloves,

Powers/Abilities: Joker wields a Colt 45. Revolver, A bowie knife and a crowbar

Poison Immunity: Joker is immune to Tear Gas, Tranquilizers and the like.

Fighting abilities: Joker is a skilled fighter, extremely pragmatic.

Chemical Genius: Joker is a master Chemicist, capable of creating his very own drug, which he calls "Joker Venom."

Pain Tolerance: Joker has an above average tolerance for pain.

Mental durability: Because of his Insanity, Joker is somewhat resistant to mental attacks.

Knife Mastery: Joker is a master of combat with the knife, as such he has a variety of bladed weapons on his person.

Joker Venom: Joker has a special kind of chemical known as the Joker Venom, within contact the victim's face loses colour and their face is frozen into a smile, they laugh until the suffocate from the lack of air. Joker has been known to coat his knives in the stuff.

Personality: Joker is a psychopath, He id in a word, unpredictable, going from a well mannered Gentleman to a furious murderer in the space of a minute, He hasno remorse, no compassion. Simply a desire for Anarchy and Nihilism,

Bio: Little is known about the Joker's past aside from him being a crook who fell into toxin while being chased by Batman, though he has given a variety of tales. T He only thing to be certain of, is to be careful around him.

OK, which version of the Joker is that? Because it doesn't seem to match up with any of the Animated versions so much as being a gestalt of every incarnation of the character, ever.

I just need to know what version of the Joker are you using, and if this version came from W. Animation.

It's kind of a combination.

But you're supposed to use characters from W. Animation. If you're going to use the Joker, use the Joker from one of the Batman shows.
