You guys should try some of this fish oil stuff, I've been feelin' great since my doctor recommended it.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Same. Although for some reason ever since I've been taking them my kitchen keeps catching on fire.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobI am always very careful when it comes to fish based products. As polluted as our oceans are, you can never be sure what might be in it.
Environmental alarmist! I use fish oil and I have a lot more energy! I mean a lot! I haven't had to sleep in three weeks!
Trump delenda estMy doctor told me to stay away from fish oil after my accident in Hell's Kitchen (at least that's what I think he said. It was hard to hear him over LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD)
Weird in a Can (updated M-F)You had an accident in Hell's Kitchen? Hey, you should totally see Nelson and Murdock for legal services.
Yes, he had "an accident". My employer assured him it was an accident. Just an accident.

"All you Fascists bound to lose."so i thought about Simmons and realized what if the Monolith is a minor adaption of the Celestiral Monolith http://www.comicvine.com/the-monolith/4055-55841/ or has nothing to do with Krees but Inhuamns. The Inhuman door Elderich.

I don't think it's a Celestial Monolith, because those actually originate from 2001: A Space Odyssey (true story).
Sorry for the double post, but the first Season 3 teaser is online.
The Monolith is linked somehow to the Darkforce that Peggy Carter will be investigating in her series.
Trump delenda estLash looks pretty sweet (though he looks a lot like Blackheart).
Though given this series' track record, he may well end up another Decoy Antagonist / Disc-One Final Boss.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I'm actually liking the new haircut for "Daisy". I hope we can get an actually minute and a half trailer soon at the very least but from the few shots I seen I think we're in for a pretty sweet season.

Check out 11 seconds in, there's something I missed the first time around. REAL QUAKE GAUNTLETS.
25 days and 48 minutes to go until Season 3....still too long.

So......
Is Raina still alive? Because unless they are going crazy and introducing Blackheart, that shadowy spikey thingy has to be her.
One Strip! One Strip! It's probably supposed to be Lash
My guess: The spikey thing is Simmons after the monolith got done with her.
Click Click Boom BoomI'd be very surprised if the character at the end is anyone other then Lash. He's already been confirmed as a major antagonist for Season 3, and on top of that we have Constance Zimmer's character and Grant Ward. That gives us 3 major antagonists without overlapping allegiances, already plenty for the whole season.
If it's an unannounced character (or an existing character in a new form) then it means we are going to have four major antagonists running around each with their own agendas from episode 1. Which is starting to edge into a territory where it's hard to balance all those different story arcs.
It could just be a single arc villain. Kinda like the Absorbing Man. Just someone to open the season in a high note.
Hyping up a villain as a threat "beyond belief" only to either kill them off or otherwise remove them from play within the first couple episodes would be a pretty extreme red herring, to the point where it would start coming off as false advertising.
The Season 2 teaser not only didn't hype the Absorbing Man as a major threat, it didn't show him at all.
Didn't Buffy do that with Dracula? (As far as I know, I wasn't around for that).
My guess on that subplot is that the episode is going to go on as if nothing happened, and it won't be referenced at all until the very end. But that's really dependent on what the monolith does.
And if I claim to be a wise man, well, it surely means that I don't know. This series does have a bit of an attachment to having Decoy Antagonists, that appear to be important for a major arc then are supplanted by someone worse partway through.
I'm half expecting Lash to be a major villain in the first half of the season and then for whatever's going on with Simmons and the Monolith to take center stage or something.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. If Lash lasts until the mid-season finale, I wouldn't really consider that a decoy antagonist. Whitehall was the main villain of the first half of season 2, but it would be hard to argue that he was supposed to be a decoy.
I was more responding to the idea that the character at the end of the teaser isn't Lash at all and is instead a completely different character who will get removed from play within the first one or two episodes.
I don't see that as being very likely, partly because I'm 95% sure it's Lash, and partly because while they have used decoy antagonists in the past, they never market them all that heavily. In the case of the Hydra council in the mid-season return, all the marketing for the episode was focusing on the protagonists, specifically Skye.
As for Simmons, the theory I'm holding to is that no matter where she ended up, what's important in the long run is that when she comes back she'll have anti-Inhuman powers. Things like being able to sense their presence and disrupt their powers. At first she might be co-opted to indiscriminately go after Inhumans, but that will be resolved within a couple episodes at most. Eventually she'll learn to control her new abilities and will end up being the key to defeating Lash, whose own considerable powers make him highly resistant to most conventional forms of attack.
