I can see why that'd be, but I don't remember her being (legally) culpable at all. It varies from country to country — I have no idea what the law's like in Canada — but many countries say it's perfectly legal to just stand-by and let someone die like that, as long as you weren't a cause of their predicament. If she'd turned on the garbage disposal or started to help but then stopped, it'd be a different matter.

Morally, of course, I think she'd be in the wrong to take that action — except she legitimately thought that she was saving her own life, so...

Ainsley turns it on to get rid of a felt Christmas angel. Allison goes over to the switch but stops without turning it off. I just—it doesn't really matter.

Not long until the new season starts!

I loved the first season so much the wait is actually killing me! And that Tatiana Maslany, she's one of a kind.◊

So. Helena's alive. And her religious fish cult people probably have Kira and Ms. S. Great.

I did briefly consider if that was Sarah doing an impersonation in order to infiltrate them, but faking that level of injury is taking suffering in the name of art *way* to far, and mister beltbuckle showed up to fast - The implication being he got Helena to the hospital. And then let her walk in under her own power . Gosh, such a nice man. Not. Lets see. What else - okay, We have had it confirmed that Sarah does have a healing factor - her cut lip about healed in a day, which is unusual. Presumably she never got hurt badly enough for her to really notice this. Cosima: Still adorable, and the whole drawing bloodsamples in a candlelit love nest and then later kissing Sarah-pretending-to-be-Cosima? Delphine is priceless. That was so fun. Her passing on said blood.. Tense - Not very respectful of Cosima's wishes, but also established that her priority is keeping Cos alive.

Okay, I am confused about one thing in the last episode :

Was Helena artificially inseminated, or did the religious nutjobs steal her egg cells to grow a baby with it ? Because at first it looks like insemination, but then we see nutjob-in-charge watching a microscope, which implies the egg-cells are not in Helena anymore. It would be a bit complicated to add a camera inside Helena I guess (plus she does not exactly have the most stable life), even if it is within the show's boundaries.

Yeah, that confused me too. But judging from Helena's mentioning of "he took something from me-" I think they took her uterus? Maybe?

Maybe they took eggs from her in order to do IVF? But I'm curious as to why, aren't the Prolethians anti-science?

I think the whole point of the last few reveals is that they're kind of a bunch of hypocritic shitheads.

Which, having grown up with some I can say is fairly typical for religious fanatics.

Henrik seems to have no problem mixing science and religion. Unlike some members of his family.

Man that Helena scene was awesome, like something straight out of a horror movie. At first I was concerned when she was brought back, that she might become this series Sylar, but it seems they still got some awesome ideas for her.

I'm...actually surprised that more people on this site aren't talking about Orphan Black. the second season finale's two weeks from now, and I'm pumped. :O

I really enjoyed the latest episode particularly Donnie and Alison burying Dr. Leekie, I love how practical Alison is about it all, it makes it really funny to watch although I do think that they will have some trouble from Angela in the final episode.

Season finale is just Deangelis arresting *everybody*. Creepy corporate CEO lady? Cuffs. Rachel Duncan? Cuffs. Sarah ? Cuffs. Kira.. okay, probably not. Donnie? Cuffs!

Then credits roll: Tune in next season for: "Orphan is the new black".

I just caught up in the last few days after I had been behind most of the new season due to school. I've really been enjoying it so far. I think Alison has moved up to my favorite clone because of her storyline this season. Cosima was my favorite last season, but I haven't found her as compelling in season two.

RACHEL DUNCAN THOUGH. Holy shit. Her Batman Gambit in the last episode was just amazing.

God. Everyone was badass in the latest episode. I certainly didn't expect that from Donnie of all people.

And Rachel... I hope Sarah buries her. Or Cosima. Both would be good.

What. Mark is a clone too! No words, man, no words. Great finale.

OH MY GOD. oh my god.... that finale.

But oh man, why couldn't Helena get that unambiguously happy ending with her sestras, dammit. :(

The plot is becoming reaaaally complicated now.

Now I understand why I always found Mark strange.
