I can't tell whether Pete is voiced by Jim Cummings in his four seconds total screentime here. It's a random thing to remember, I know...

Also, just like the France one I love how the cartoon is written with Italian dialogue (at least, the parts of it that are spoken rather than reaction sounds and Pete's Angrish) and they don't patronize the audience over it.

I can't wait for one set in South America. Maybe starring Donald, and...

@Known Unknown, it sort of sounded like his voice put through a speed-up filter to me. But I actually had the same question.

O Sole Minnie is without a doubt my favorite so far. I'm a huge sucker for sweet romance stories, and the ending was absolutely adorable.

hm... pacing's a bit slower than i expected. i guess that can be expected, since it's almost twice as long as the other shorts. i also must applaud Mickey and Donald's ingenuity and dedication: building an entire theme park out of potatoes and gravy in one night? bravo.

Is it just me or do they talk slowly in this one? Especially Donald.

..... Donald is also getting less amount of lines these days than other characters he shares scenes with.

......... either the producers don't think he'd be relatable enough with that voice, or Tony Anselmo is having trouble doing it now!

Anytime Goofy is in this, you know we're in for some stellar slapstick animation!

This so far contains the most Donald Duck screen time and the most lines.

Also, Kevin Michael Richardson cameo at the end.

Ok, this one got me chuckling. smile

Also, anyone notice that Pete has a peg leg? He had a peg leg back in the old black & white cartoons, right?

[up] You truly don't know? One of his names was "Peg Leg Pete". In fact, that is why Pete's wife in Goof Troop is named Peg.

[up] Ok, I knew about the whole Pete being called "Peg Leg Pete" thing, but what I didn't know is that Pete's wife in Goof Troop was named Peg because of his aforementioned nickname. Seriously, I never knew that until now.

I guess you do learn something new every day. smile

That one had much more color to it then the other ones.

Still, I really enjoy all these shorts! Hopefully it gets renewed for a Second Season.smile

It was interesting to see Pete portrayed as competent in the wrestling ring in this short. Quite a bit different from his portrayal in "The Incredible Bulk." As the board's resident Goof Troop fanatic, I couldn't help but compare the two.

Donald bursting into flames and putting Pete out of commission because of the nachos was great, though. Smart thinking, Mickey.

I loved the Belle and Beast cameo. Also "Quack, quack!" "Bicker, bicker!" And Mickey and Minnie trying to fight.

Is that still Daisy's VA from House Of Mouse?

NVM, it didn't sound like her at first, but then it did.

Wow, I've missed a lot of these...

Minnie feeding Mickey gumdrops whenever he was distressed reaches heart attack inducing levels of cute.
