So err... I know Xena Warrior Princess is a good example of the trope but she currently seems kind of, motionless and not doing anything that could be qualified as an "adventure". In fact without a weapon and with her currently standing with a clear Breast Plate, I'd say it looks more fanservicey than feminist out of context.

There are many viable replacements by for now I suggest this image of Korra from the Legend Of Korra. She looks really intense and is actually using her powers. But there's lots of options for this trope.

Hmm, current image isn't bad, but the suggestion does seem like an improvement, even if on quality basis alone. I'd support it.

Korra is good for me.

I like Xena better, but Korra is an improvement.

I like the armor and tough look on her face but she could use a weapon. How about a sword?

The Korra pic is already in use on another page...it's the one with the pic of her as a kid combined with that one, I forget the trope.

A Minor Kidroduction. I'll note that the logic behind "no duplicate images" - an image is rarely the best for two tropes - works only on identical images.

Out of the Xena pics, I prefer the second, though I still think the the Korra pic is slightly better. Maybe we could change the A Minor Kidroduction pic to be the direct scene where it transitions from Korra as a child to a teenager.

Funnily enough, I thought that was somebody entirely different when I first saw it. I don't think it's obvious enough to work.

If we go with Xena, I prefer 9.1. She looks more as if she's about to hurt someone with a quoit, whereas 9.2 is more passive and looks more like a Faux Action Girl, which would be nonillustrative.

[up][up] I liked the poses in 9 a little better, but that's the best image quality, and it still definitely says "warrior princess". I support that one.

I like that she looks a little hurt, as it avoids Beauty Is Never Tarnished.

Awesome.

(I'm kind of fond of the top central picture in the collage, too... but that might be tricky to find in a decent size and there seems to be plenty of support for this one anyway.)

We do have six votes for the image in 18. That isn't enough to put it up?
