Cookie Cat's PARENTS ARE DEAD!
Perhaps Death could've been something involving Jasper or Peridot, or maybe the hand ship, considering how much the Homeworld has advanced and changed over the years.
I have a message from another time...Oh Flame Princess, you were underused...
Flame Princess+Shooting Star=OTP.

"No will to break."Yet still occasionally less of a dick than Princess Bubblegum.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Flame Princess was almost a main character for how much she appeared back when she was Finn's girlfriend. But then they broke up and now she never appears.
There's something wrong with that.
#IceBearForPresidentNot "never." Probably still as frequently as Marceline, who also rarely shows up any more.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Off-topic discussion: the more people do it, the more people think it's OK.
And the more people whine about it the more people do it out of spite.
This isn't OTC. Off-topic discussions are fine as long as they don't dominate the thread.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am.""Steven Universe" is similar to "One Piece," in that both stories reveal information about their characters and the world in very slow increments, in between awesome fights and emotional moments.
I used to watch One Piece... until I got tired of waiting for the plot to move.
That is a problem with One Piece. Sometimes the wait is worth it other times not so much.
The manga's better with that. If anything, the manga has a pretty frenetic pace.
I was referring to the manga, actually. The anime is way too dragged out for me. Can't be helped when translating one chapter into one episode.
When it comes to pacing I feel that season 1A is the "prologue". Heck, during the pre-premier hype for Mirror Gem/Ocean Gem one of the crew (maybe even rebecca) said "the real steven universe begins now". The pacing also works on a meta level, as since the show follows steven's POV of course the time before steven starts to learn the bigger picture has a lot of free time stuff. I remember reading (though it might be second hand from someone else) that one reason why episodes aren't half hours is because if they were they wouldn't be able to really justify the lower key episodes. (like onion trade and garnet's universe)
my blogWelp, I'm now caught up.
...
When do new episodes air?
I have a message from another time...June 15! And 16th and 17th and 18th and 19th! Steven Bomb round 2!
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Yup. That def is.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersHeh. Funny how, on that same page, she's working out a puzzle that looks a lot like the Pearl room from The Test.
I have a message from another time...Legit? As in skin tone and everything?
Also, how'd you find the last dozen episodes or so Enlong?

"No will to break."If you're talking about that picture, you can't tell for sure because the room that scene is in seems to have red lights.
Though, Garnet and Pearl seem to have right tones relative to each other. Which, in that picture, just means Pearl is a somewhat lighter tint of red.
Nothing on Pearl's forehead, though.
I found the last batch of episodes to be pretty great overall. Some very nice character moments, and the homeworld-based drama was very good.
I have a message from another time...There does seem to be something on Pearl's forehead.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.
Death means change. And Cookie Cat LEFT HIS FAMILY BEHIND!
