I have a Facebook account that I don't really use. Am I qualified?

I honestly could care less about the settlement; but I would like to know what my post they used was.
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.

So in case you're not one of the lucky few who got an email from a dubious-looking source called "legalnotice", there's a pending class-action lawsuit against Facebook regarding Sponsored Stories, which basically is a way of profiting off its users without permission by using their names and pictures in advertisements on the site.
SO, if a person thinks they're entitled to be a part of the suit, they can join it, and they will be entitled to receive up to $10 if the suit is won! Doesn't that sound so worth it?
But in all seriousness, it's a pretty interesting case, but I don't see the incentive for people to be a part of it if they wouldn't even receive that much money in damages/etc, while the lawyers will make a killing off of it anyway.
