Kim Yubin (김유빈, born October 4, 1988), known mononymously as Yubin is a South Korean singer, rapper, songwriter, and actress. Originally from Good Entertainment and set to debut under another girl group called Five Girls, Yubin joined Wonder Girls in 2007 as a singer-rapper after the company's financial troubles and HyunA leaving the girl group.

Although she is known mostly as the rapper of the Wonder Girls, Yubin occasionally featured in several different artists' singles and music videos, and has written songs for her group. When the group revamped its concept in the 2015, she took up the role of drummer.

After the Wonder Girls's disbandment in 2017, Yubin was one of two members who chose to remain with JYP Entertainment as solo artists. Yubin's first single album City Woman was released in June 2018 with the lead single Lady.

On January 25, 2020, it was announced that she had left JYP Entertainment. Soon afterwards she revealed she had founded her own company - RRR Entertainment - and she released her first single under that label (Yaya (Me Time)) in May of that year.

Tropes that apply to Yubin and her music:

  • City Pop: Some of her songs, such as Lady, are inspired by this genre.
  • Cool Bike: In #TUSM.
  • Fun with Acronyms: #TUSM, standing for Thank U Soooo Much.
  • Genre Shift: Somehwat averted. She still keeps the retro theme of the Wonder Girls, but her releases definitely have a different feel to them.
  • Hotter and Sexier: Compare the teaser photos for Lady and #TUSM.
  • Signature Style: Her first solo release, Lady, an ‘80s disco and soft rock track, which would remind listeners that she was a Wonder Girls member. She, of course, knew that people would expect it, but explains that it's the direction of music that she wants to make. Her next release #TUSM is also retro-themed.
  • Singer-Songwriter: Yubin has been writing her own raps since 2010, and has written a couple of songs for the Wonder Girls.
