I read a manga where a guy's hand turned into a girl and that was the whole plot.
I think "but will probably never happen" is an overestimate as to what Japan greenlights in terms of anime/manga.
I'm pretty sure the concept of Law having limits was a translation error. -Wanderlustwarrior

Well you can find much more diversity in manga than anime. Of course, that really was made into an anime, wasn't it? *

Midori Days got an anime adaptation, yes, though a lot of the weirder stuff like the more extravagant characters did get cut.

A space to pitch ideas, your own or somebody else's, for anime that you think could be really entertaining, but will in all likeliness just not be picked up mainly because the demographic for it isn't large enough. It's amazing to what extent the Animation Age Ghetto influences even Japanese animation. Another factor is because Most Writers Are Human, thus the general shortage of Starfish Aliens or animals as protagonists (with a few exceptions, usually dogs), certainly not without including a Token Human or two.
