I actually prefer the current — his expression and weird fingernails say "evil" to me (why yes, I do judge morality by fingernails, why do you ask?) more than a small pair of eyes I can't see properly. His suit, which has the waistcoat hanging althought the shirt is tucked, as is generally proper in my experience, is also more classic than the one the suggestion wears, being clean, formal, and plain, and the image isn't distracted by a glass — despite the title, the description only refers to clothing.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. There's a cigarette in the suggestion? It's way too dark.
The current is good for above reasons.
Check out my fanfiction!Current is better than suggestion:
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'm more concerned with the title (that says nothing about evil) than the image but I do think we can do better. There's the devil in a suit◊ or Lucius Malfoy in [1]◊ [2]◊ [3]◊.
It took me a moment to realize what the suggested picture is. I have no idea who it is, but it took me a moment to realize it was even a person.
Those are good (except Lucius 2, who just looks bored), but I don't see a significant improvement, so the current sticks for me.
Check out my fanfiction!Baron Vladimir Harkonnen isn't the first person that comes to mind, but...◊
Without knowing that Harkonnen is a bad guy in Dune, that image won't work very well.
See: Just A Face And A Caption.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCurrent's better than any of the suggestions except possibly Lucius #1, but all the same I think I'd prefer a different pic of Dracula...there's something about that pose that I'm not crazy about. Maybe something of Gary Oldman from Bram Stokers Dracula?
Here are a few more Bela options to consider.

11.3 is my favorite so far, with 11.1 a close second. They're much clearer than the current, and he looks both sinister and classy. Not to mention we get to keep Bela on the trope page, which is an admirable goal as far as I'm concerned.
11.2 > 11.1 = 11.3 for me.
How's this◊ of Oldman's Dracula?

^ That one doesn't really show the "elegantly dressed" part. In fact, aside from the fact that he's wearing a top hat, he looks sort of scruffy.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Looks more like Slash than Dracula, personally.
Moon◊All three in #11 are good. I kinda think his expression makes it harder to take seriously, though.
Check out my fanfiction! That third one is win. It's both menacing and comical.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI support all pictures in #11. I also like the devil from #5.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Menacing and comical should not make something a win. The idea is menacing and refined. The devil one is good if the title of this is based on the song Sympathy for the Devil.
I'm getting an image not found screen.
It works for me, and it's a contender. Here's◊ another link.

It occurs to me that pretty much all the pics are JAFAAC. Is that ok for this trope? The intent is to display and evil character who dresses nice, right?
Being just a face and a caption doesn't make something Just A Face And A Caption — these images still express the trope, showing evil and stylish suits, as you said, so they're fine.
I like the last one, by the way, along with 11.1.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I like SotN Dracula. The ones on 11 are a bit too goofy for me, but if I had a gun put to my head to choose only one of them, it'd probably be 11.3. 11.2 has the better pose, but his face looks crosseyed.

Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
I was browsing around and stumbled across the Man of Wealth and Taste page, and I don't care for the picture much. The character's odd posture and expression jump out to me as something comical or freaky, not villainous. His fingers are also very odd, and I think it's inevitable that people will be drawn to how crazy or weird he looks instead of the trope. It's an unnecessary distraction. This trope is about class, and this is definitely not a classy character.
Not only that, it's a bit difficult to see. His pants blend into the black background, and the white stripe on his left shoulder almost looks to me like he's wearing a black high school varsity jacket instead of a suit.
And his shirt is untucked.
I'd like to replace it with this -
Good picture. Nice suit, drunk, cigarette. Goes well with 'wealth and taste.' He's got 'evil eyes' (although they're someone difficult to see in the picture) to help look like a villain and not just a bloke in a suit.
