-Super Nerds hand trembles, accidentally knocking out Virus's pokeball from his jacket and releasing him.-

S.N: C-Can't we talk about this? This doesn't have to end in blood, d-does it?

RB's Test

Dusknoir: <Yooou shaaaaaaal beeeeee the ooooooooone!>

-Aims a Shadow Sneak at Virus-

-Super Nerds computer alerts him of the oncoming attack, turning to see the shadow quickly approaching Virus-

S.N: Buddy, turn around!

-Virus luckily notices the attacking shadow and jumps out of the way, narrowly missing the shadow's wrath-

S.N: Byte...I need you to find information on Dusknoir...V-Virus, use pound!

-Still shaken, but determined, Virus runs towards the Dusknoir, jumping up to attack-

RB's Test

-The attack phases right through and the Dusknoir Shadow Punches-

S.N: Wait, what?!

-As he says that,information pops onto his screen, giving him details on dusknoir, but the shadow punch collides with Virus, sending him sliding across the ground-

S.N: N-No! Dusknoir is a ghost type...no wonder pound didn't work! Okay...we'll just have to work around that!

-Super Nerd scrolls through Virus's page, looking for a move he can use-

S.N:This might work... Virus,try your hardest to get up and use Poison Gas!

-Virus grunts from his fall and gets up, spewing a noxious gas from his mouth-

RB's Test

-The Dusknoir gets gas in its eye and flails, poisoned-

-Another alert told Super Nerd that Dusknoir was now poisoned, and after a quick search through the move pool, a grin spread across his face-

S.N: We might be able to fight back. Virus, use Venoshock!

-Trubbish nods, jumping as high as he can, and shooting a green glob of liquid at the ghost pokemon-

S.N: Ghosts resist to Poison....are chances aren't the b-best...but we have to try.

-Byte gives a positive cheer-

<Preeeee!>

Hijacing the test because Umbra said so. Warning. I am not the most sane person on the planet. Ha!

The blob of toxic liquid hits Dusknoir, pushing him backwards a little.

Dusknoir: <You little pesky...>

Dusknoir put arms in front of him, as a sinister ball of yellow light appeared in him, then it was thrown at Virus. Confuse Ray.

S.N: Oh no...Virus was our fighter...we can't keep him fighting, it's too dnagerous...

-With a quick wrist flick, Virus was returned to his pokeball-

S.N: Now...our best goal is to try and appease Dusknoir...or try and fight him ourselves...

-Before he can decide though, Byte went wild with fear, pleading to not be put into battle, eventually even begging dusknoir-

<Please don't kill Teddie! He's sweet and nice, and he saved me! Please!>

As the Dusknoir said this, his punch started to glow red and became covered in flames. He started to take an aim... But suddenly, there was a blow of cold wind...

Fire Punch, since bunch of damaging moves in his natural learnset are Ghost-type. And yes, it can learn Fire Punch naturally. At level 1 :P

-He looks to Byte on screen, giving a determined look.-

S.N: I know you hate fighting...but you're out last chance. Do this for me, and for youself...please.

-The porygon looks distraught, but nervously nods, sending itself from Super Nerds hoodie to the pokeball.-

S.N: Go, pokeball!

-In a flash of light, the hack pokemon is released, getting in a defensive position-

<You won't hurt Teddie...>

Dusknoir: <You think you can beat me? Ha! You haven't seen all I can d->

Then a loud, air piercing roar is heard. Dusknoir flinches as he hears it. He then takes look of the around him. Where are we, anyway? Cave? Forest? Ambigious Umbra ._.

Dusknoir: <Wait, what?! No, it can't be... did I did something wrong? *beat* Consider yourself lucky, for it seems you won't be a sacrifice... at least this time. *flees away in a rush*>

Well, Umbra wanted Dusknir to flee away. He didn't say HOW. Also, I think test could end here, depending on what other people think.

Koro "Rolling" Geinoji

Appearance: Koro typically wears a White hoodie with one of the very few things his Smeargle, Bach ever painted on, a picture of Mew playing along side of Darkrai, on it's back (what inspired this will be cover in the back story). He also wears relitivly loose fitting pants because thats just whats comfortable for him, they don't sag they are just loose fitting. He has light blonde almost grey hair and dark blue eyes. On speical Ocations and for performances by his circus troupe of pokemon, The Rolling Circus, Koro dons a light red long coat and a black fedora in the fashion of a Ring master.

Backstory: Koro recieved he first pokemon on his fifth birthday as a gift and a pet, a Smeargle puppy who had just hatched from it's egg, whom he named Bach. Along side the Smeargle puppy, he recieved an ocarina. He had such a love for music and performance; and Bach, For some reason, had a much greater love for music than the normal Smeargle love of art, They bonded almost instandly. They were happy for three years, learning music and acrobatics, until a Team Rocket attack ended in his parent's death. In his grief, Koro ran away rather than going to an orphanage. After about two days of performing with Bach for meals and money they ended up in a forest outside of Cerulean City, in which they ran into Darkrai while it was still wandering. Koro was terrified by Darkrai's menacing form, noticing that Bach got between koro and the nightmare Pokemon, in retaliation Darkrai only said, "Fear not young one, I mean you no harm. I simply sensed your grief, and thought might want need another friend, other than just your loyal companion." Now that Koro could see that Darkrai wasn't going to hurt him, he wasn't afraid anymore. They played together until nightfall when Darkrai fled and left Koro with only memories of a black knight Pokemon and a phrase in his heart that left nothing but compassion, "I thought you might need a friend." After that he continued travling and recruiting new companions, all the while never capturing one by force, and while each of his companions does have a ball he doesn't require them to go in unless they absolutly want. Now after twelve years of travle he is the founder and ring master of the Rolling Circus of Pokemon a travling performance troupe of Pokemon and he has learned the language of Pokemon after much tutoring from his togepi Omelet.

Bio: Koro met Omelet shortly after his encounter with Darkrai. He found a egg in the middle of the forest they were in and cared for it until it hatched into a Togepi. Almost immediately after Omelet hatched they was a an air of deviousness around her. After a few days, she masted the ability to use psychic to communicate her dastardly plans to her "mother" Koro, after that he dubbed her with another nickname Evil Egg. about a year after she hatched a everstone fell in to her shell, Koro could not get it out.

Gender: Unknown (male)

Ability: Levitate

Bio: About two years after Omelet hatched, koro and company found refuge in an abandoned mansion outside Lavander Town. In this mansion a Rotom latched on to a radio that Koro was carrying on him at the time, and by the time Rotom was noticed the group was nowhere near where the Rotom had latched on to the radio. Koro noticed that the Rotom was extremly downtrodden when it heard this so he offered it his hand, which it took happily. After this Koro dubbed the Rotom T.V. because of the fact that it used the same radio it had latched onto as a means of communication. He is now the a puppeteer and the lights controller for The Rolling Circus.

Name: Phelps

Gender: Male

Ability: Shell Amror

Bio: Koro met this timid Lapras on a beach while is was crying. It was left behind for it's fear of the water, is what Omelet translated for Koro when he went to console it. He offered to have it come with him so it wouldn't be so alone it accepted Koro's offer. After about three of travel, pulling the Lapras in a cart that Koro had gotten he suggested, that it use Ice Beam to get around, to Phelps' amazement he loved sliding around on the ice.

Species: Castform

Name: Doppler

Gender: Male

Ability: Forecast

Bio: This is the newest member of The Rolling Circus. Koro recieved this Castform from a member of the audience at one the troupe's shows as an egg in a request that he take better care of it than they could, Koro took the egg and accepted the request. Some time after that the egg hatched in a shiny Castform whom he named Doppler. He rather brazen but he makes up for that by being the most loving friend one could have. He is a clown in the show for The Rolling. circus

I got issues with that backstory. For one Team Rocket rarely used lethal force (at least when it comes to people. Two it'd be best if he didn't have any ties to Darkrai seein' as he's an established character.

Points for gettin' the password on the first go though.

For the most part, I'd say it looks okay. There are a few conventions errors (capitalization, punctuation, et cetera) but I don't think it's a major issue.

Some people are iffy about the Darkrai thing, but I think it could still work with a bit of tweaking. Befriending Darkrai is all right on its own, but being cradled to sleep... well, it would more likely make his nightmares worse.

The Team Rocket attack is perfectly fine in my book.

I'm more curious about why a couple of grunts would do that. Was it just a standard 'B-&-E' or did his parents have somethin' specific they want?

Gah I'm bein' too nitpicky. I just don't like the whole 'they did it because they're evil' cliche.

Otherwise your signup is fine aside from the errors 'Skay pointed out.

No you're fine they were part of a locale Pokemon Circus, they were performing on the high wire when the attack began.

OK, clarification on specific issues you need to fix:

• The Team Rocket thing is slightly iffy due to the fact that even in-RP they rarely use lethal force. In this case something mundane and cliche like a car crash or a house fire might actually work better.

• Darkrai roaming Kanto is also iffy, since the only two Darkrai in-RP are isolated on Newmoon Island and in a pocket dimension, respectively. We'll be more lenient if you move your char to Sinnoh.

• Also, the cradled to sleep bit wouldn't work since Darkrai canonically cannot turn their nightmare powers off. So I'd recommend changing that part entirely.

• You reeeeeeeeally need to watch your grammar conventions.

Adjust all those and we should be ready to test you in.

I amended all the grammatical errors I could find. I just wrote ended in his parents death because it's easier than saying they fell to their death from a high wire when team rocket came through the roof of the the tent the were performing in. Lastly there's no why I can easily change the backstory section unless you think it would have been more likely that it was Mew in the guise of Darkrai.

Having it be a trollsome Mew works, but that doesn't solve the cradled to sleep bit so that still has to go.

Ok, I need to ask why Team Rocket would attack a circus? This won't affect your sign-up, I just need a reason.
