Anyone know where FUNimation is leaning between old Sailor Moon and waiting for the new version?

We'll probably know for sure when the premiere date for the newer one gets close. They KNOW everyone's asking for it, but you know how nondisclosure is.
For now, they're likely gonna hype Toriko (and why not, it's awesome).
Ever since Verizon took away my Funimation Channel it's been harder to follow them. But I am looking forward to Toriko with Ian Sinclair and a new female.
First two episodes of Blood-C are now free to watch dubbed!

Take heed- that show takes a severe Mood Whiplash very quickly.
Other news-
- The dub of Level E was released this past Tuesday and apparently stars Vic Mignogna.
- The second volume of Steins Gate comes out on the 18th as well as One Piece Season 4, and both volumes of the dub of A Certain Magical Index.
Shakugan no Shana Final is coming out in late March. It was inevitable, but since Funi never officially confirmed they had dubbing rights...
Is Rebuild 3 in their schedules any time soon?
The Eva movie? I hope so.
It most certainly will, but don't count on it being announced anytime soon.
Funimation makes it hard for me to support it. Why? Region locking to USA
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...And you didn't obtain a region-free DVD and Blu-Ray player ages ago because...?

I would watch Blood-C if the TV version werent censored
http://steamcommunity.com/id/Xan-Xan/Because not everyone is aware that those things are available. I sure wasn't.
Time to leave them all behindI find their DV Ds to be mostly well-priced.
Or.... maybe their pricing didn't change and I'm just becoming a Stockholm Syndrome victim!
Yeah, Funi is the best anime company in terms of pricing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFmGNqji4u0News:
- The second season of Baka And Test: Summon the Beasts will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on January 15th, and Panty and Stocking will be released on Blu-ray also on January 15th.
- BLOOD-C will be on Blu-ray and DVD on January 22nd.
- The first episodes of Toriko will be released on January 22nd too.
- The Funimation Channel on Demand is now available on Optimum Cable for NY/NJ/CT viewers.
Has there been any news about them getting Fairy Tail Season 2? I think the last set of Season 1 came out almost a year ago now.
Didn't they announce somewhere that they have Season 2 and the movie?? I forgot where.

It was at Otakon. Note that season 2 seems to only include the Oracion Seis and Daphne arcs, though chances are good we'll get Edolas too.

Does that cover the next 48 episodes?
Edolas seems to be the arc everyone talks about, so I also hope I get to see it. Fairy Tail is one of the rare animes I follow where I actually wait for the dub first.

I specified this because it doesn't. This may be because the Daphne arc was supposed to be a Gecko Ending, buuuuuut of course the show kept going.
Oh yeah. I heard the anime was planned to end right then, but they continued anyway. The first season (Episode 48) also had a strong feeling of a finale.

In my case it's because I don't own a stand-alone DVD player.
But then I live in a region where titles tend to get picked up for distribution anyway, so it's a moot point.
"Yup. That tasted purple."
While trying to find a good place to put a bit of news related to Funimation, I typed that into the tvtropes forum search bar and the only thread that popped up concerned Verizon's drop of their Channel back in March. So I decided that Funimation should have their own thread here as well, for discussion of any show, actor, producer, or the channel related to Funimation!
The news I am reporting is, unfortunately, an example of Fan Dumb. Alexis Tipton posted on her Facebook that a long heated rant a fan attacked at her made her seriously consider taking down her FB account, and she is currently contemplating whether or not to make her account private. I hate it when this happens. >: She already took her Deviant Art account down months ago!
