Gameplay-wise, I considered Deus Ex
as holding up well by today's standards. Sure it is graphically unattractive and the voice acting has some occasional narm, but nonetheless it still holds up to me.
Then again, it was pretty much out in what is the equivalent Fifth-Generation gaming, so when it comes to gaming with 3D graphics, these sorts of graphics hardly age well though the gameplay can be capable of still holding up.
Continuing on, many of the sprite-based games during the SNES/Sega Genesis era still look as good today as they did on release.
