The Guy: Ko Ichinomiya. Major asshole, looks and sounds weak, has odd health problems... and is a virtuoso at both the violin and piano, and an excellent track star.
Umm, they have to be live-action actors... hmm. Is there a live-action Arakawa?
Oddly enough, of all the things to adapt... Yes.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.Well, that worked out well. Thank you for saving my bacon there, Pyrite.
The villain: Nicolas Cage.
Hayashi Kento, then! Gonna have to remember Drama Wiki.
The Tsundere: Summer Glau, hands down, Natalie Portman could do it (judging by Black Swan) Moeblob: Amy Adams, Zooey Deschanel

All night at the computer, cuz people ain't that great. I keep to myself so I won't be on The First 48Thanks for the suggestions! I need multiple backups for some of these, as once an actor is taken by someone, no one else can use them in their movie for this game.
(My plotline is set in Hinamizawa thirty years later, and one of the items involved is a cursed Blu-Ray disk.)
...I have no idea what you've got up your sleeve, but that sort of setup sounds very interesting.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.Have you seen The Cabin In The Woods yet? It's a not dissimilar setup, except of course I'm using J-horror and anime cliches instead of US horror cliches.
Any other suggestions, particularly for the Tomboy role?
If I'd paid any attention to any media recently, I'd contribute, but nothing really comes to mind. Maybe Hilary Swank (circa the 90's) for The Tomboy?

Hi folks! On another board, I'm participating in a game where we cast a horror movie ala The Cabin In The Woods. I've decided to use roles/stereotypes from anime on the premise that my film is an adaptation from a much better J-horror film.
One of the rules is that the actors involved are under thirty, as they're playing teenagers, so I'd prefer ones that were actively in movies or TV in their teens or twenties.
I've decided on Christina Ricci circa her appearance in The Addams Family movie as "the Gothic Lolita." But that leaves four roles to fill...
The Tsundere: Someone who can go from violently tempermental to marshmallow at the drop of a hat and vice-versa.
The Moeblob: Pretty, vulnerable-looking, nice figure.
The Guy: Not bad-looking but not too handsome, tougher than he looks.
The Tomboy: A teensy butch, athletic.
Any suggestions?
