Spoilers for the villain of episode 2 of Season 3.

Season 3’s second episode will find Oliver hunting down a vicious killer and mercenary who is wanted for murder in seven countries and now is targeting victims who are associated with a specific company.

Stephen Amell posted this image on his Facebook page of him as the Arrow in a fight ring.

Some are thinking it could be hinting at Wildcat or possibly Roulette.

He has also posted what looks to be a pretty solid hint that Detective Lance is still alive.

It is confirmed that Detective Lance is still alive and he has been promoted to captain. It was in the official description of episode 3.01.

They will also cover it in the comic Arrow Season 2.5.

This isn't really news for the rest of the world, but season 2 is finally coming to Australia this Tuesday.

Episode 3.02 is officially titled "Sara."

That sounds like a death notice for Sara.

Episode 3.03 is officially titled "Corto Maltese."

Edit* In "Lone Gunman" in season 1 it said that Deadshot operated out of Corto Maltese for a while so maybe it is a Deadshot episode.

First look at Colton Haynes as Arsenal.

Not sure what's up with the laces, but the overall effect works pretty well.

Season 3 villian is Batman. Oh, wait. Sinestro !

@comicwriter: I'm more looking forward to Thea becoming Speedy (yes, her secret identity won't be THAT, but the effect will be the same.)

Merlyn will train Thea to be an expert martial artist as well as improving her already-there archery skills. She then becomes "Dark Arsenal" or something like that and is sent to take out the Arrow and Arsenal, but when she finds out that the Arrow is Ollie, she is initially conflicted, but then turns against Merlyn and joins Team Arrow as a third archer.

Thea will get kidnapped by everybody and brainwashed into multiple personalities, each with a different set of superpowers.

Surely Merlyn has told Thea that Ollie is GA at this point.

That... would be dangerous, as Thea might be averse to outright killing a family member after seeing her own mother die.

I rather wish that would happen.

The only problem is that villianess Thea would only unmask (and ungag) GA after having her way with him.

.....No.

Thats a little too racy for the CW I think...
