Paladin? No one else is a Paladin.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Yeah, I can see her as a paladin. She might have the strongest moral compass out of all the Princesses.
You know what's missing...pencils!!! How are they gonna record their loot without writing instruments.
We're not going to have an edition war here...GRRR...

That was a good picture. :) Just as long as they're not playing 4th Edition.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Interesting chart ranking how profitable the Disney Princesses are in eBay from May 2013 to Present (I'm guessing Pocahontas and Mulan aren't listed due to technically not being Princesses)
Elsa being no. 1 isn't surprising considering how her merchandise keeps on selling out everywhere, causing parents to get very desperate. Kinda surprised at how little merch Belle is moving on E Bay though.

Also it proves Queens sell.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.It bugs me that Elsa is considered a Disney Princess, just because it feels like a step down for her to call her a "princess". She is a QUEEN, dammit. The first Disney Queen that isn't the offpsring of Satan and Hitler, at that.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Technically, neither does Anna. Or Merida. Or Jasmine.

x4 Pocahontas and Mulan aren't listed because they didn't charted, not surprise considering how Disney treats them.
If you're not counting secondary characters then Kida from Atlantis The Lost Empire actually the first.
The Offspring of Satan and Hitler, I would pay to see that movie!
...And Im not a neo-nazi BTW.
It probably won't surprise anyone to hear that I think these images are fantastic. Personally I wouldn't "racebend" Jasmine because it's important to maintain Arab representation, especially in the current political climate of the U.S., but the others are definitely instructive.
Saw those a while back. Some of them like Pocahontas look better than the original (seriously, two lines is not a nose.) Others freak me out, but probably because the eyes are the same and everything else changes. Still, it's a pretty cool experiment.
Anyone seen this Disney Jaeger Pilot Series?
I think something went wrong with that armor that made Anna and Hans swap girths

All those and the backstories are awesome. Except the last one. T'is just weird with the proportions and, erm, partner and all. I shall replace it mentally with this.
You forgot about Anna and Elsa's mother.
Good queens aren't new for Disney, but until very recently they were a) not reigning monarchs (being instead the wives of reigning kings) and b) minor characters at best. Elinor is the first good queen to be a major character in the movie and Elsa is the first good reigning queen.
She technically was an earlier Disney queen than Elsa, but I wouldn't have counted her either since she's in the same movie.

@ Disney Jaeger pilots: Now THAT is pretty darn cool.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatTechnically, we have no idea if the king, the queen or both are reigning in Tangled...it's never specified. Same with the kingly pair in T Pot F, though based on Naveen's level of respect towards woman, I guess his father is the one with power. We just tend to assume that when we see a pair of monarch, that the male one is the reigning one, unless specified otherwise.
Maybe that's because the husband of a reigning Queen isn't called the King; he's called the Prince Consort.
To be fair, the opening narration of Tangled says the kingdom was ruled by the king and queen, so maybe she was co-ruler, but that doesn't change my larger point about queens prior to Elinor always being either evil or inconsequential to the story.
Now Disney just needs to take the next step and make a movie where the villain is a Princess.
They've had wicked princesses in their shows and video games before. Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey's villain was an ex-princess who was banished from her kingdom.
The Protomen enhanced my life.
