^The issue of the drop-down menu is that it's not in an editable place. That seems to be a general issue of our software.

First of all, "Recently New"
purports to list "all the items created today," but it never lists more than a certain number which there is no way to increase.
Second, the "look for" drop-down menu on "Recent Changes" (which also appears on "Recently New" but, of course, doesn't work there) lists several namespaces which aren't around any more (FetishFuel, Game, TitleBin, TroperTales), and "Video Games" searches for the bogus Videogames/ namespace. Some other media types aren't even listed.
