Mike Doughty's "Rising Sign" has a line I really like for it's ambiguity: "I resent the way you make me like myself" - if you don't get it, it can either be read as "I resent the way you make me feel good about myself" or "I resent the way you make me similar to myself".

The road goes ever on. -TolkienThe lyric to Akron/Family's "Afford" consists entirely of the line, "The power I afford you is the one I wish I had over you," repeated multiple times.
The main lyric and title to "Falling Back in Fields of Rape" by Current 93 (or sometimes Death In June) is a creepy little pun of sorts, though the nuance is lost on anyone that doesn't know that rape is also a type of flower (the seed of which is used to make canola oil).
P.S. You don't have to ask people to reply to your topic, you know.

Is the narrator anticipating the sure opportunity to make a female achieve an orgasm... or just a friendly visit from a female acquaintance at his place of residence?

"I got soul, but I'm not a soldier." Particularly because (catchy as it is) it's repeated to the point where it eventually seems to have no meaning anymore. And because of a parody of it I once saw that said, "I got ham, but I'm not a hamster."
EDIT: Found it!

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.
What are the most ambiguous lyrics everyone knows? For me, it's this line from a song in one of my favourite musicals; "Women are slaves, men have not realised."
