So episode 8 is probably going to be the launching point for 1000s of ero-doujin.

Still doesn't make me like Ichiko entirely, since she's still a bitch.

Lets bet that this promise will play major role later and Keita will be involved (though it will be either Ichiko who will do backstabing (and regret later) or it might be Ranmaru but unintentionaly...)

So, just finished episode 7. Ranmaru's pretty cute dressed both ways.

With this being 13 episodes, there's a chance we won't see that in the anime.

Indeed, unless Sunrise decides to extend. Personally, I'd LOVE to see the "Cleansed Momiji/ AH! Binbougami-sama" arc animated.

Hope the scanslations catch up, as things apparently go "WTF What is this Bleach?!?" when Ikari is introduced, and the masquerade is dropped for Ichiko's friends.

Yeah, it sounds like a pity that the scanlations have fallen behind, since I really like this series. On the other hand, it also sounds like there's plenty of material for a second season.

Is it me, or does Episode 08 have better animation than the previous ones?

Episode 8 is awesome. Ranmaru being Ichiko's friend should help her in becoming a better person. The familiars get to join the action too! I like the function of the snake~

Like Ranmaru, I hope you mean? I like Ichiko, but she seems a bit difficult to deal with sometimes. (I do like how she and Momiji seem to be getting toward Vitriolic Best Buds, kind of. At the very least, they kind of respect each other through the annoyance.)

I bet the animators loved the part where the other binbougami tested Sakura food.

I really hope that series get some attention in Japan and they bring more episodes... Especially the chapters with that fortune god, dear lord...

My first reaction:

Oh look, there is a new character. How funny, it's a fortune god with no social skills who uses ventriloquism. Oh, and now some douchebag just pissed her off, that will be hilario... Did she just punch his girlfriend!?! Wait, what is she doing... OH SHIT, SHE BROKE HER LEG! SHE BROKE HER F**KING LEG! AND SHE DOESN'T STOP! PLEASE SOMEONE STOP HER! Oh, thank goodness, there is Bobby... OH CRAP, SHE BROKE HIS HANDS!"

No wonder, that they put the director of Gintama behind that series...

Also: Is it just me or does the author put more and more Shipping Fuel into the last chapters... Ranmaru is one thing, but that fusion item... And in chapter 45 the Les Yay downright explodes!

You ain't seen nothing yet. Some of the most recent chapters have PERMANENT character death. The introduction of the character Ikari kind of skews things to the dark now...

Wow, Tampopo's a horrible person.

You ain't seen NOTHING yet. Tampopo herself really isn't that bad. There are FAR WORSE people in the Binbougami universe.
