It was stated as PS 3 Exclusive, after all.
Japan hates Xbox, it's why most of their games are never on them for the most part.

Watch SymphogearWouldn't be the first JJBA fighter I missed out on. I can still watch vids on it though, and it gives me another reason to pick up a PS 3 in the future...assuming it has substance, yeah cyberconnect you know the thing that makes games actually good?
The JJBA page here says Heritage Fight for the Future was on an XBLA release list, meaning it's due sometime in the future. If that's true(which would be AWESOME) it seems weird this one would be PS 3 exclusive but at the same time sales wise it makes sense. 360 gamers unfortunately are too "bro" for JJBA's fabulousness it didn't catch on in the West(unfortunately) as much so I can see why they wouldn't sell it on the 360.

Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner, but he knew it couldn't last...
I was surprised by the number of "looks gay" comments on Event Hubs. I didn't really think the series looked explicitly gay. Well... at least when the Pillar Men weren't around.
Just look at Giorno(hell series 5's main cast period), Vanilla Ice, Gyro/Johnny artwork, hell even Dio Brando, the most badass dude in the series, wears cute little hearts on his outfit. Thing is, it manages to be incredibly badass and manly while having some pretty blatant homosexual undertones(even if they are just aesthetic, though some aren't just aesthetic), and that's partly what makes it so awesome.
I can totally see where the GAY comes from though, Jojo is one of my favorite manga series ever, but it's undeniably FABULOUS at times.
Hmm. Never really thought about it that way.
I started with JJBA through the Abridged Series of all things.
I never really thought about the character design.
I also never made it past Stardust Crusade as far as the story goes.
The art in the manga is rather grating to me, but the animated material never struck me as such.
Meh.
JJBA is still awesome.
Dio Brando is still badass.
That looks pretty sweet. I recall playing one the arcade JJBA games (finally got that CPS 3 emulator set up properly.)
It'd be interesting to see if and how Devo the Cursed and Alessi would play in it. And I don't care how broken he is, but here's hoping Pet Shop's in too.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefLol Speedwagon should be a joke character. He had some of the luzliest expressions in Phantom Blood. Guy was a massive ball of Narm.

Heh. Speedwagon.
He was completely outclassed by... pretty much everyone.
Man, I'll never get to play this game, but I want to. I'm actually most excited for characters from Part 6 and 7. They've already shown Gyro there, but getting to play as Enrico Pucci, Joline Kujo, Diego Brando (every bit as badass as the original Dio, IMO), or Funny Valentine just seems amazing in my head.

OK, just finished part 3.
I'll read the rest one day... maybe.
EDIT: Also, now that I've read all of Part 3, I can say that I definitely want Pet Shop to be playable.

Yeah see last time he was...
Petshop was a dick.
So I started reading Part 4...
Josuke looks stupid.
Seriously...
Its not the hair either.
Its that he looks like he's wearing one of those shirts new mothers use to nurse conveniently.
Pet Shop is so cool, though. He deserves to be awesome.

Oh boy part 4...I tried reading it but the scanslation was a tad bad. I heard a better one was in the works but isn't done yet. And agreed on Josuke's looks, though I'm gotten used to it now and he looks much better in color. For the longest time I thought he was the dumbest-looking Jojo ever.
You weren't joking about the scanlation. There are entire panels without any translation whatsoever. Its really grating. Not to mention that the translator obviously didn't spend much time working on grammar... or context.
You guys are talking about oh glorious DUWANG, right? Yeah, I'd suggest dropping it now and switching over to the scanlation by The Invincible Trio. It's not done, but it's about 10 volumes in, and I think I heard the next will be scanlated by the end of the month. Also if they hold to their promise of scanlating a volume every 2 months then I can see the series being done by next year.
It's not a fighting game, It's a Jojo Game.
Just what I thought.
Besides, Jojos Bizarre Adventure has always been about the crazy style anyway, so it's fine with me.
If I wanted to play a tradional jojo fighter, I would play the Capcom fighters anyhow.

Watch Symphogear100% better scanlations. Too bad they haven't finished yet.
Red Hot Chili Peppers is actually a pretty cool stand. Too bad its user was rather underwhelming.
I feel that way about my favorite stands,Hanged Man and Cream, which both seem like they would be absolutely terrifying to go up against. Can't stand either of their users though.
Which one was Hanged Man again?
Also, there aren't many fighting game suitable Stands in Part 4.
So far its, Crazy Diamond, the Hand, Echoes, and Red Hot Chili Peppers...
I wonder how many reps each part will get and if its going to be relatively even, or if certain parts will just have more people.
I can understand Part 2 and Part 4 getting less reps than, say, Part 3.
Hanged Man was J Geil's Stand. It could jump from mirrored surfaces and hurt people by attacking their refections.
I dunnp, Part 2 has Lisa Lisa, Caesar, Stroheim, and the Pillar Men.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Hanged man can kill you through the reflection off somebody's eye.
I want William Zeppeli playable.
OK. I remember him now.
"He's attacking through the chrome in the steering wheel!"
And then, he got coin'd.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.
Whoop. Just noticed a distinct lack of a 360 logo.
Looks like I'm not in the target demographic no matter what I think.
