Conquering the Design of Ixalan, featuring Conqueror's Galleon/Conqueror's Foothold
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.Bit of an on-the-nose way to represent Imperial Europe's influence on South America but not an inaccurate one. I can get behind this.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Yeah, making the Imperial European analogues predatory bloodsucking monsters with a veneer of civilization does seem a bit on the nose...but it fits.

Disgusted, but not surprisedAlso, the vampires are like a privileged class within the conqueror's society, right? Rather than whole shiploads of vampires, it might be, like, a vampire priesthood and a bunch of lackeys.
Jace, alone. New story. Finally.

“You can’t be an important and life-changing presence for some people without also being a joke and embarrassment to others.” -Mark Manson.A Royal Recipe for Dinosaur Tribal, featuring Regisaur Alpha and a list of the older cards that are getting errata-ed into Dinosaurs.
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.I don't normally like amnesia plots, but I'm enjoying this concept. Jace is a great character to do this with. I just hope he doesn't get things under control too quickly. I feel like you could get a whole story out of this premise of Jace alone and forced to survive while in the company of incredible telepathic abilities that are constantly misfiring, while also having to find a way to decode the complex, labyrinthine structure that is Jace's mind.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Maybe this is a lead in to something. What if, when Jace gets his memories back, he gets all of them back?
That would give us a logical lead-in to a future Vryn block, which I'm pretty sure is on the cards at some point. Also, that pun was not deliberate, I'm just leaving it in because I'm awful.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Going back to the Planeswalker changes, one thing I love about that article is the edit saying that you can't use them as your Commander even though they're Legendary.
You just know that somebody rushed to make a Jace, the Mind Sculptor deck right away.
Wonder if this means Jace will become an example of Came Back Strong after this ordeal via relearning how to use his powers without a manipulative mindraping sphinx sabotaging his training.
Disgusted, but not surprisedI never got why there was a confusion about that. EDH generals has always been Legendary Creatures. No one has ever asked about using Legendary enchantments, artifacts or lands as the general.
Actually, that one already happened to Jace after defeating said sphinx. After planeswalking to Ravnica as a clean slate, he learned to use his powers from scratch. I'm not a Jace lore expert, but, his... finesse... dropped after that battle. So a theory is that by regaining his Vryn memories he will get a powerup.

As for that last one, with the right preparation, you can now make a token-making engine that is Powered by a Forsaken Child...
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.I would say it is if anything a very un-forsaken child, given the number of family members who will show up to protect it!

I like Huatli. ^.^
Also, I expected Angrath to be a Planeswalker but wasn't expecting that. Weird that he seems to have two special properties. Walkers usually have one special planeswalker gift, like Jace's mentalism, Gideon's barrier, or Chandra's pyromancy, that they can learn how to use in various ways.
I speculate that Angrath's chains are his special gift, while the burning heat is a special Minotaur trait from whatever plane he originates on. I'm guessing Regatha.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.One other interesting thing I noticed about him; his name sounds like it could be an anagram of Tahngarth, who was also a minotaur (But it isn't actually. Tahngarth has two more letters than Angrath). The Weatherlight Saga was too far before my time for me to know much more about Tahngarth, but could there be a connection there?

The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.I hope Huatli joins the story circle.
Tahngarth officially survived, and literally sailed off into the sunset in search of more adventure. If his spark ignited later, he could have been doing almost anything; and would be an interesting return to a very old character.
I'm thinking about making a Red and Blue deck as an experiment.
Got any suggestions?

Sorry, you're going to need a few more parameters for a deck design before anything more specific can be offered.
