Appearance: Blond hair and blue eyes. 5'4. Dark blue pants, a red shirt with a hood, and a white jacket. He wears black and red sneakers, and a belt with a lion buckle. He wears a necklave with 7 precious stones on it. One stone is made of sapphire, one cobalt, one amethyst, one emerald, one ruby, one amber, and one topaz.
History: When Roxas was ten he found himself completely lost. Not lost physically, but lost spiritually. He could not find his place in the world. One day, he wandered into a park, laid down on the grass, and stared into the sky. There, right above him, was a rainbow. As he stared into that rainbow all the truths of the universe opened up to him, showing him how beautiful this world truly is. On that moment he vowed to become a hero so he can protect this beautiful world.

First of all, for the love of, the edit button exists for a reason. You've just triple-posted for no reason. >.<
Anyway, the character itself is OK (a silly Jadenesque Expy/Captain Ersatz, and that's good), and will probably go into Sky, but the deck... no, no, and no. First of all, we already have an Elemental HERO player (RPed by T. Roxas; we also have a Destiny HERO player, RPed by Tachikaze). Second, it's fairly obvious that that's a netdeck. For example, how are you going to summon your second copy of Rainbow Neos if you've only one Rainbow Dragon and Elemental HERO Neos? Miracle Fusion doesn't work on Rainbow Neos, you know, since it isn't a E-HERO.
So, rejected on grounds of the deck being a netdeck, a double, and not fitting. You are welcome to build another deck and try again*.

I think that I did everything right. I got rid of rescue cat, I put in Gold Sarcophagus. I looked over the rules. I think I am good. If there is anything else you think I need to fix or work on I would be glad to hear it.

Aside from the fact that Malefic Rainbow Dragon isn't practical in that deck, and that I myself prefer Dark Bribe to Magic Drain (it's more versatile), you're good to go. Welcome to Sky dorm.
Oh, and last but not least: watch your grammar and punctuation. As the OP notes, I'm somewhat of a Grammar Nazi, and I can't stand bad SPaG.
I feel compelled to point out the fact that the decklist currently contains Hamon, who is part of the Sacred Beast trio, and therefore forbidden to possess in this RP. S Houldn't be hard to replace, but trying to help here.

Thank you both for pointing that out to me. I got rid of Hamon and put in Magna-Slash Dragon. I took out Malefic Rainbow Dragon, one of my mystical typhoons, and Seven Tools of the Bandit. I also got rid of Magic Drain and pit in two Dark Bribe's. I also added one Crystal Tree.

Just wanted to ask if I could jump in on this? If it is okay here is my character sheet.
- Name: Sigmund Diabola
- Age: 18.
- Gender: Boy
- Duel Disk: Standard Issue but with a custom black and crimson paint job
- Dorm: Sky "The highest place to the heavens, and the greatest place to fall from"
- Appearance: White hair that reaches to the top of the back is either left down where it's quite messy or in a tidy pony tail, Sea Blue eyes, 5' 11''. His normal attire is a black trench coat, white linen short sleeved shirt, denim jeans, black hiking boots (He does wear a pair of hiking trainers occasionally), black fingerless leather gloves and for some strange reason a RAF peaked hat that he got from his Great-Grandfather that he refuses to take off. Overall he has a stern and slightly dark appearance.
- History: There is nothing unusual about his history in general but as a young child he did get his Duel Spirit card and his hat from his Great-Grandfather and he counts them as his most treasured possessions. Later he enrolled and entered East Academy. He built his deck as he felt attracted to the destructive nature of Dark attribute monsters.

- Other: A some what eccentric figure he has always had a fascination with darkness, death and history, this could be partially influenced by his duel spirit. However he is largely friendly and sociable and despite his appearence is a lot nicer than he looks and wants too keep an eye on the younger students and kids in general. He believes that a duel is more about the fun of the game than the end result and is happy with whatever happens as long as he enjoyed the duel. He also believes that all monsters should be respected as the "Have their own souls and lives". Prefers the company of others to solidarity. He is always carrying a reading book on his person the current one being The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri.
- Timezone: GMT but as I have a lot of free time I can be on at almost any time bar 3AM etc

The character itself is fine aside from that fact that he has no last name. However... You seem to have minor issues with punctuation and capitalisation. You're in, on the condition that you'll a) proofread your posts at least twice before you post them, and b) if you want, get someone else to go over them.
