Yuko Goto returning to voice acting is good news.
New Akiyuki Shinbo show and Boku Tomo 2? Damn, this season won't stop getting better!
Boku Tomo wha?
^^Next season. Those are things that start in January
Also, it's 'Haganai', not 'Boku Tomo'

... I already knew that they air in Fall 2012. So... ? Oh wait, 'cause I said "this season"? I meant "season being discussed in this thread". Sorry.
Sorry again, me and my friends call 'Haganai' Boku Tomo.
Oh, so you are talking about 僕は友達が少ない then. Excellent!
I thought when I posted the news about Haganai 2 that I was clear that it premieres in January i.e Winter 2013.
And now, we have PV for Haganai 2 (nowhere to put it yet since Winter 2013 page isn't up yet). http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-19/haganai-school-comedy-anime-2nd-season-promo-streamed
And to get back to Fall 2012 shows...Hayate The Combat Butler Can't Take My Eyes Off You premieres October 3rd on TV Tokyo http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-18/new-hayate-the-combat-butler-anime-slated-for-october-3
Still wrong! Fall 2012 starts in October. Haganai 2 and Sasami-san@Ganbaranai are part of winter 2013, starting in January
Okay, so I was totally wrong. -.- Major derp.
I really don't know which month is in which cour. I'll stop talking now.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2012-08-19/busou-shinki-anime-cast-to-sing-opening-theme
Busou Shinki starts October 4th. Minori Chihara is one of the ones singing in the OP. Minorin singing is always a good thing. "Gentle Oblivion" still haunts me everytime I watch "Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya"
Grab-bag of Fall 2012 Anime annoucements and a Winter 2013 item too.
GJ-bu is the fifth anime confirmed for January or Winter 2013. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-22/gj-bu-anime-slated-to-air-in-january
Just to remind, the five confirmed for Winter 2013 are:
Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai 2 (Haganai 2) Da Capo III GJ-bu Minami Ke 4 Sasami-san@Ganbaranai
Now for the Fall 2012 news:
A new short anime based on a manga created by Supercell members airs on October 2nd. It's called Wooster No Sono Higurashi http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-24/wooser-hand-to-mouth-life-manga-gets-tv-anime-by-supercell-members
It turns out that Kyousogigga 2 is an ONA with 5 episodes released on an irregular monthly schedule starting August 31st http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2012-08-25/akira-ishida-joins-kyousogiga-cast-in-new-episodes
And Gintama is returning on October 4th with a mix of brand new episodes and selected episode re-runs. It will air in the timeslot that SKET Dance is in now. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-26/new-gintama-anime-episodes-to-return-on-tv
I can imagine that many will be glad to see Gintama is back.
Boku wa Tomodachi 2! YAY!
And no one was surprised
So...who do you reckon will be killed off in the show?
Everyone obviously.
Don't mind me. I'm just a creepy little lurker. So Psycho-Pass will be a Gen Urubochi show? Now I'm simultaneously looking forward to and dreading it...
(Though as far as noitaminA goes, I'm still more interested in Robotics;Notes.)
Also, Psycho Pass is being directed by the same guy behind Mobile Suit Gundam 00 and the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist.
I must say, it is looking a lot better than Guilty Crown, especially since we have a team that has matching tastes and skills, as well as just one writer at the moment.

About Robotics;Notes: It should be kept in mind that very little of the staff also worked on Steins Gate. They have the same "scenario supervisors", but I have no idea how much influence they have. And Chaos Head has shown that the series can turn out terribly on TV
Chaos Head sucked anyway.
You know what I would like to see? Urobuchi make something completely out of character. I'd like to see what would happen if he tried writing something genuinely optimistic without being really dark.
The fanbase screams RUINED FOREVER, most likely.
At least I know not to watch it now.
Quote by Urobuchi:
“When I try to write about love, it only turns into horror. Thinking about it with a clear head, feeling such deep emotions to some other person you don’t even know is truly a terrifying thing. Also, I wonder if love isn’t a manifestation of madness in some way.”
For some reason, I really like hikkikomori characters most of the time.
