Who Misses Fox Kids around here?

Digimon, Medabots oh it was awesome!

I miss it too. now, there is nothing for kids to watch if they don't have internet (gota keep buying new computers every couple years), cable or satellite (over $40/month to get nicklodeon $90/month for disneyXD).

nothing but crap on TV after school & on saturday mornings. the media clearly hates kids.

I rrmemer the golden age where there were even kidsshows asearly as 6 am on aturdays & I'd get up while it was still dark out to catch classics like Rocky&Bullwinkle there were even times when sunday mornings had cartoons too! I miss those days.

Fox Kids was my first sustained exposure to anime.

Excuse me, does anyone else remember Mon Colle Knights? It's actually one of the first shows that got me into anime, and sometimes I feel I'm the only one on the net who still remembers it.

I miss that show. And Digimon. And Escaflowne. Hell, even Monster Rancher and Power Rangers.

I kinda do. I miss the good shows that used to be on there.

Of course you miss the good shows. Every channel/block has some clunkers here and there.

I'm a little too old to be nostalgic about anime on Fox Kids. My primary Fox Kids memories were from the late 80s when I was in the single digits, back when shows like Thundercats and Captain Power aired, as well as the 90s with the original Power Rangers. I still remember the Sword of Omens, probably my first sword toy period, and how when it came time for Lion-O to summon the others (which happened like clockwork Once an Episode), I was right there with him going "Thunder...thunder...thunder...THUNDERCATS, HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

I miss Digimon mostly, not Fox Kids. Particularly the first four or five seasons. Those were good times.

I still get hyped whenever I watch Patamon digivolve. You knew some shit was going down when Angemon was on the scene. Then MagnaAngemon blew everything out of the water.

Yup. It aired there first and foremost.

Digimon was the first anime I got upset over due to Macekre. I got my info about the cuts from a freakin' magazine. How archaic. I was a ball of fanboy rage even when I was a little tyke!

Medabots was just win on so many levels though. Monster Rancher too. Those two also had awesome theme songs.

Oh yeah Digimon was da' bomb,and the Time Force season of Power Rangers (I don't remember the original season well enough,I did watch some bits here and there,but Time Force is what I can really remember).

I also liked to watch Digimon on it, and Escaflowne. :) Even though I had to wait a few years to see a different dub on VHS.
