Except he had no problems with killing people in chapter 3 and revealing himself as a Serial Killer even though that wouldn’t put him towards his quota of 100 people either, so that doesn’t explain it.

Plus, Shinguuji didn't know that the Killing Game was being recorded and broadcast to an audience, so he could have made use of the First Blood Perk if he wanted to. The reason he decided not to do so was because he wished to behold the 'beauty' of humanity by sticking around and observing his classmates. He also wanted to determine which of the girls were worthy of being his sister's friends before making a move.

That makes some sense, but I'm not sure I necessarily buy that it took two whole chapters for him to evaluate that. He apparently decides Kaede is "worthy" after just two conversations with her, after all, though I suppose that could be considered Gameplay and Story Segregation.

Is there a crazy person out there who'd be willing to make all the tropes for the characters in Talent Development/Monokuma's Test?

Considering those are noncanon and generally Slice of Life, I doubt anyone would want to tropefy them. Some notable Talent Development Plan interactions have been posted on V3's Funny and Heartwarming subpages, though.

God tier (Highest of the high):

Izuru Kamakura = Fully Upgraded/ Chapter 6 Keebo = Healthy Kenshiro

Big Bang Monokuma (Is the strongest robot in the whole setting except for Fully upgraded Keebo, Izuru is implied to be able to Oneshot it, hence while its in this tier, its still below the others on this tier.)

Top Tier:

Sakura Oogami = Gonta Gokuhara = Sickly Kenshiro = Junko Controlled Monokuma (AKA Headmaster Monokuma)

Genocide Jack

Kyousuke Munakata

Mechamaru?

Mukuro w all her weapons = Maki Harukawa

Kazuo Tengen (Would be equal to Kyosuke in his youth)

High Tier:

Mukuro Ikusaba (w only knifes or her natural hand to hand combat skills) = Peko Pekoyama (fought Mukuro to a standstill)

I'd think Izzy deserves to be his own top tier. After all (V3 Spoilers) Rantaro's resistance to hot and cold weather is confirmed to be second only to Izuru

In terms of Combat stats, I put Healthy Kenshiro and Upgraded Keebo next to Izuru because of what Keebo was able to do to both the Exisals and the Ultimate Academy, and Kenshiro is for all purposes, literally Kenshiro.

Alright, so I'm finally playing Dangan V3, main reason it took so long was I wouldn't accept anything less than a physical PAL region ^note so it would be compatible with the demo bonus, I think the game has to be the same region? Vita copy that wasn't extremely overpriced (it was still... kind of overpriced admittedly, but not to the extent I usually see)

Will most likely be back with more thoughts after finishing the game

I'm fucking crying with laughter.

So uh, I've come across a strange bug(?) in my game (Vita version)... basically, after finishing the first trial and getting to chapter 2 I decided to start from the first trial again because I missed the hidden Monokuma... but for some reason I can't use the Lie Bullets when they're first introduced in the trial, so I can't go past that point. I hold down the button but the bullet doesn't change (and it's not a broken button because it stays held down (and worked like it should in the second trial), it just won't change). I also reloaded the save I made right before the trial (where the game asks you to save) and the same thing happened...

Maybe I should try reloading from a bit BEFORE the trial (like investigation) in case the "loading a save starting at the trial" causes it for some reason. (During my first playthrough I just went through the trial in one go right after I had started it)
