Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.

Thanks, but not quite what I'm looking for. Ideally something with human characters.

Hello. I was just wondering if anybody knew any films that are primarily about physical beauty. What I mean is not just films with attractive actors/actresses or characters, because that would probably be most of the films made, but one that explores ideas like the value of beauty and it's connection to the media and consumerism. The main film that i've seen that comes close to this is 'The Shape of Things'. Given how much pressure a lot of people feel nowadays for their faces and body to meet the ideal standards, and how much most people feel admiration and attraction purely from another person's physical beauty, I think that it's a topic that should be explored more and more in fiction. Thanks for the help :).
