It would be better without the pointless potshots at bronies in the artist comment.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatSaw it yesterday. Was a good underdog story, I thought.
I'm just going to sit here, listening to my tunes.
With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars. This just in: According to Rotten Tomatoes, the DVD comes out October 29; strange, as Pixar's DVDs usually come out in November.
Peace is the only battle worth waging.I can see why they'd make an exception for the week of Halloween, what with it being a film about monsters.
Drama Class deleted scene. Proto Claire is freaking adorable.
I just seen this movie and even though I thought it was pretty cute, I was thinking throughout the whole movie about "I already know what's going to happen...I already know what's going to happen." I guess I just don't take to prequels very well, especially if they come out after the first movie. However, I did like the fact that this movie was called Monsters University instead of "Monsters Inc. 2" since it shows that they are actually taking the prequel route seriously.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!As opposed to all those prequels released before the story they're a prequel to? Wouldn't that just make them a story told in regular chronological order?

I've got fanfics for Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon.Oh no. I have no problems with the prequels that come before the stories they are prequels to. Like for example, if Monsters University came out before Monsters INC, then I wouldn't have a problem with seeing a prequel to the events to the later film, because I wouldn't have to worry about being spoiled by what's going to happen in the next movie.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!I think you got his question mixed up. If Monsters Uni came our before Monster Inc., then it's not a prequel. A prequel by definition is released after the previous film yet takes place before it. So saying "I like prequels if they come out before the sequel" is a contradiction, because then it wouldn't be a prequel. It'd just be the first movie.

Eh, the audio commentary said it best. Just because you KNOW what will happen, doesn't mean you'll know HOW it happen.
Exactly plus Monsters University pulled that off well when it came to the circumstances that led to Mike and Sulley becoming one of the best scaring teams for monsters Inc.

Unrelated, but I just wanna say the trivia page is lacking the Image Source example, as Monsters University provides the images for Carload of Cool Kids and Scary Librarian.

Hehe, was referring to the king of feature animation being back, not any character from the film.
