Okay, let's see...
Firstly, various fought off a giant robot, who both appeared and vanished from nowhere. The Registered's were then called in to Police headquarters to be informed of a Super-prison break by their Government-liaison Robert, that was scheduled to take place at midnight tonight. (It's currently 12:30 in the afternoon.) They all took off, and since, the players have begun their own separate plot threads. Here's the important ones currently.
1.Isaac and Lucunditas are busy fighting each other in the park.
2.Arguma was able to salvage some shards from the giant robot's lens, and also discovered that there was trace energy of Nuclo within the crater — and it's growing. Anyway, Arguma delivered the shards to Robert for analysis, but while he was busy 'relieving himself', Strix broke in and stole most of the shards, though Robert kept a few in his pocket just to be safe. He then contacted Arguma, who immediately flew back to headquarters, only to see Strix gliding off into the distance. He's currently busy hunting down Strix, and trying to take back the shards.
3.Registerd hero Josh is using telepathy to inform Non-Registered Lucas of the planned prison-break, hoping that he'll alert all the other Non-Registered heroes to the upcoming threat.
4.Mathew noticed a strange teenage girl in a Santa outfit causing havoc, as she was searching for the hero Anima. Going by the name of Red Cap, she then engaged in battle with both Matthew, and a few other heroes. Currently fighting Charity, the fight's still in progress.

Red Cap is still fast, so for now, you should concentrate on dodging. Hopefully, one of the other heroes will help you out.

Charity and I are hoping that. ^_^;
She doesn't often have to deal with a super-strength/super speed super.
"You've got your transmission and your live wire, but your circuit's dead." - MediaIn the Red Cap fight, would there be a fire hydrant nearby that Wildcard could beat the shit out of? And can Medium's telekinesis redirect the flow of thousands of gallons of water flooding out of a hole in the ground?
Actually, the answer to the second one doesn't matter, because it'll probably be more funny they can't, and (hopefully) useful if they can.

1.Yes. 2.You'd have to ask Totemic Hero on that one.
I hope that isn't too... overpowered.
What, surviving a fall? You said yourself that you were more durable then the average human being. Why would surviving the fall be overpowered?
Also, who — or what — is pressing that red button to contact?
Lucunditas is pressing it, and it's a distress call. To his gang members.
They will act as if they're going after superheroes, attack only Isaac, providing Lucunditas a chance to escape.
kkhohoho, is it possible that once Lucunditas' cronies attack Isaac, they'll force Isaac to coincidentally land in the area where the battle against Red Cap is being held, causing even more chaos by overlapping two different battles?
Because I'd like that.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Yes to calling the gang members, and yes to overlapping with the Red Cap battle.
Just to check, Megalopolis is a city in the real world, on present day, right? Cause I'm going to have one of the gang members make a reference to Monty Python and Legend of Korra, and I need to check if they exist on the world of the RP.
Any work of fiction that exists in Real Life is up for game, though I don't want the RP crowded with Pop-Culture References. Still, for now, it's fine; go ahead.

Is it really a good idea to throw dozens of gang members with intimate knowledge of the organization at a berserk hero whose powers involve absorbing memories?
Well, then again, I'm not really one to talk, since my character is messing around with water next to an electro.
A-ha! But that is when you are wrong! (sorry D=)
Because the mooks of the gang don't know their leader is Lucunditas. Only the important people know. And that's Lucunditas and Lucas. The mooks are only told "don't hurt this super, he's useful, we'll use him later for our plans".

So does Dax go around in a normal, present-day cop outfit, or does he have some sort of badass Judge Dredd outfit he brought back in time with him?
Normal blue suit with light blue pinstripes.
@zam: Look at the last few posts between Isaac and Lucunditas. Your character isn't going to be heard, and they're already out of the park.
Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Sorry. Just imagine Dax is catching up to them in his car.
I should have clarified.
Still, it's unlikely he'll get caught in the conflict directly between Lucunditas and Isaac or even be heard by either of them, compared to how likely he'll get danger from Lucunditas' gang.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...Okay than. Can he fight some members of Lucunditas' gang instead?

Okay, a bit of a conundrum for me. Abu, as I'm playing him, doesn't have much of a motivation to get involved in the grand-scale battles. His personality doesn't lend itself to it, and it's entirely conceivable that he'd just be a bystander. Which is troublesome, since I do want him to play a role; there's a lot of plot derailing that can go on with a sentient swarm of rats doing recon.
In that case, I may need to work out a more character-centric reason for his involvement—i.e., getting to know someone, befriending someone, getting caught trying to pick someone's pockets, that sort of thing. Whatever the case I'll need to work with some other player.
Charlie Stross's cheerful, optimistic predictions for 2017, part one of three.So...he'd be a Djinni for someone? Strix would be intrigued
I'll gladly volunteer to be that player I also want to get involved.
Have him insult Wildcard again, maybe about the granola adding insult to injury, and he can say something along the lines of, "look, rats, just shut up until this is over and I'll buy you some shawarma."
Damn, double ninja'd.

Would it be appropriate for Charity to dodge the knife? Noting that if she does it will be highly likely that she will grab Red Cap's arm in the process (at least in ju-jitsu it would).
However if Charity still offbalance and/or Red Cap was being fast then Charity can just be focused on dodging.
@ Zam: on the Red Cap side, Matthew, Wildcard, and Charity are trying to deal with Red Cap. There is also a Rat Hive Mind involved.
