So, this is a thread for newbies to the Game Of Thrones universe to discuss the show without running the risk of being spoiled.
And that's any kind of spoiler, btw, even the "wait and see" kind of spoiler. Everyone should post here if they want to, just be mindful of what you're saying people.
So. Queef of Darkness, amiright? Holy shit the ending to that episode was amazing.

In other news Bran Stark may be dating Myrcella.
And Bran's also good friends with King Tommen.
Now I need to go find a fan fic where Bran doesn't become paralyzed from the waist down and goes to King's Landing to get betrothed to Myrcella.

"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."Cersei will not be pleased.
Trump delenda estRobert really was an ass. He knew Joff wasn't a good kid. smh
He should've betrothed Myrcella to Robb/Bran and Tommen to Arya/Sansa.
"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."He'd be twice skipping betrothing his firstborn to his best friend's alleged firstborn, though.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyWell Robert's the one that made the match unless you're saying something about Cat's fidelity and Robb's paternity
Edmure was Robb's father.

"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."Too bad they cut the Ironborn. A bold move to pass over the Awesome factor and Badass points fantasy!Vikings could have brought to the series.
Laws are made to be broken. You're next, thermodynamics. The Ironborn have pretty consistently been a joke, both in and out of universe. I mean, come on, guys. I can't believe they were counted as on of the Kings in the War of Five Kings. I don't think anyone was actively even fighting them, but still kept losing.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I'm pretty sure the Ironborn are being delayed to next season
Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherBook spoilers...
The sad, REAL American dichotomyThe Iron Born aren't appearing this season? But, they just declared war on the Boltons!?
I guess, they'll just be building bigger ships in the meantime then.
I have no knowledge of the books at this point, and I've not looked into spoilers, so my deadpool for this season is going to be a few stabs in the dark. (HA!) I'll probably save it until after we see episode two so I can see where all the characters are.

x4 They were crucial to crippling the Starks, destroying Winterfell and, inadvertently bringing the Boltons to power.
Trump delenda estThe Ironborn are good at screwing over other people. They're dreadful at accomplishing anything positive for themselves.
Yeah, they (or really Theon) were the Spanner in the Works but failed to do anything for themselves.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyYepper. They've accomplished nothing in the series, only hurt others (while crippling themselves in the process).
I feel like we're getting either book spoilers or leaked spoilers here. Possibly both. Not sure.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. They certainly accomplished absolutely nothing in the last two seasons, so I'm not really worried about their absence this time. At least this way they won't have to flee from regular sized dogs and a naked man.
And we're still angry about that to this day.
(Ramsay Snow only being halfnaked I mean, not the Iron Born getting beat)
Considering the South Park opening parody, there's actually very few wieners in this show.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyPossibly because most of the nudity takes place in sex scenes, and it's impractical to show of full frontal male nudity in such situations when showing an erect penis is prohibited.
Hence why we're currently at, what? Three on-screen penises?
I read the first two books, and when it comes to the Greyjoys, I was only interested in Aeron "Damphair" Greyjoy, the religious fundamentalist of the Drowned God religion, because he was a Large Ham The Fundamentalist Badass Preacher of a religion whose basis is raiding the shit out of everything.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."It's a moot point but the Greyjoy's weren't really crucial to "crippling" the Starks. That was all Robb with marrying Talisa and executing Lord Karstark.
The Greyjoys made a losing position worse. Even if they hadn't taken parts of the North as long as Robb was shooting his load in the wrong cause in the foot, Team North was doomed.

(•_•)⌐■-■ ( ಠ_ಠ)>⌐■-■ (⌐■_■)It's lines like that which are why Byaku is one of my favorite tropers.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyIt is likely though that Theon capturing Winterfell may have been the straw that broke the camel's back when it came to Roose Bolton and betraying The Starks.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Well, they did look vulnerable. I mean, if you lose something to a Greyjoy, you can't really get any lower.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy
Mance was right, but not in the way he expected◊
