But it is illustrative.
Keep.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.I think we can leave it. It isn't particularly explicit, and it is illustrative.
Reaction Image RepositoryIn addition, there is a petition to restore Eiken, which the council will presumably look at. If its cut is made permanent, we might want to discuss this image some more then.
Eh? Cut works should still have images on the site and examples on their related page if they really fit the trope and clean. same as we do not cut works without a page because no one has made it yet.
IE: Absurdly Powerful Student Council, Student Council President, Class Representative and Foreign Fanservice.
And this page image... Boobs Played For Comedy... yep fits real well.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!This is a trickier situation. The image is safe, but the work isn't. Maybe change the pothole on the image to just a %% note on the page?
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI could support that.
What about examples that are completely clean? just leave them italicized but not wiki worded?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I believe that's the current approach used for works that don't have pages yet, so it should be good enough until and unless a policy says otherwise.
For works that don't have pages, we generally go ahead and make the potholed page as an incentive to have the page made. I struck the pothole from the pic and left a commented-out note, and since I should've already done it, I'll cut the link to Eiken's page.
Could someone please link to the petition to get the page back up?
It'll be somewhere in the relevant megathread, and archived on the sandbox page. Note that we are not actually allowed to discuss existing petitions in that thread, as it is solely for making them.
So basically is keep the picture, cut the Eiken link in said picture? I'd vote for that.
Are we listing backup ideas here?

Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. So the 5p have decided that eiken should remain cut. I'm pretty sure we're allowed to keep images of cut works so long as there not potholed or explicit. So unless someone has a replacement picture that also represents this trope and can be potholed, I'm voting for keeping this one
Official word for stuff like this seems to be as long as the image itself isn't explicit, remove the pot hole (which has already been done) and leave the image source in the page code.
Reaction Image Repository^ Remove the "align right" markup:

[[caption-width:300:Those things are gonna break both their spines.]]
([[quoteright:...]] tag off the first line / image link, change caption-width-right to caption-width on the second line / caption.)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. The scene that image is from is already an example on Marshmallow Hell. It could still work here, of course, but there might be a little ambiguity.
Pretty sure we could find something reasonable from here.
Belief or disbelief rests with you.Bumps. , the link is messed up. I like the pic/caption suggestion in 17.

17 looks fine to me.
Yes, I think 17 gets the point across. I'd prefer any picture over the current one for the page.

Nominations for replacement images:
I could not care less for this, but oh well. Eiken has been rightfully cut, and it was the example for the article. Need a new one, or none at all? Far as I see, you could just add "large" as the sixth word, cut the image, and all would be well.
