There is a lot more focus on sex in High School Dx D then your average ecchi show though, such as the character of Rias (who I don't think has an exact age but is portrayed as a high school student):
http://highschooldxd.wikia.com/wiki/Rias_Gremory/image_gallery (NSFW, a gallery of her various images; particularly objectionable are #5-#6, #11-#12 in the Light Novel section and #5, #27-#28 in the Manga section)
She's also called "slut" and "whore" by various villains, giving her character a focus of sexuality.
Plus there's the sleazy FU Nimation taglines such as "A war between heaven and hell is raging on Earth – and a hot mess of hormonal fury is raging in Issei's pants."
Then again, this might be an exception as to where a work which features 15 year olds having sex IS marketed to 15 year olds, as the MA 15+ rating in Australia shows. New Zealand doesn't ban without a reason though.

You sure you got the right numbers? 5-6 in anime section show her fully clothed.
Mkay then.

My bad, I meant the light novel section.
I was unsure whether to add an example to a page based on the erenisch adult-fantasy comics. I asked for guidance, was directed to 5P, and read this discussion, esp. around pages 402 and 403. i am now glad I didn't!
Question: there is a tropes page here https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Dystopia where the Erensich universe is quoted as a trope example. It's only one line and doesn't go into detail. Would I be justified in deleting it or should that only be done by a 5P Admin? i don't want to go exceeding any powers I've got here - I am but a humble troper....
Male, early sixties, Cranky old fart, at least two decades behind. So you have been warned. Functionally illiterate in several languages.Examples are governed by No Lewdness, No Prudishness. I do not see anything lewd in that entry.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThanks! So there's a difference between a fully-fledged works page, and any reference to a work as an example of another trope? glad to clear that up!
Male, early sixties, Cranky old fart, at least two decades behind. So you have been warned. Functionally illiterate in several languages. The difference is spelled out in The Content Policy and the 5P Circuit's FAQ section.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWhat's the example you wanted to add?
It's already there.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe Dystopia example is, but he also mentioned wanting to add some other example before deciding against it. I'm curious what that was - it may have been valid, after all.
Okay, someone's flagged Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai with this as their reason:
"The original review was before season 2, and I think some aspects of the character Kobato (depicted as 13-14 in the show) need to be looked at: http://seventhstyle.com/2013/03/27/kobato-copulation-uncensored-in-haganai/ (NSFW)"
... Well, that link does show some pretty damning evidence, to say the least. What say you, guys?
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.I er don't really remember that from watching the show. If that was something that was uncensored for a special release then at the very worst we just wouldn't talk about that scene or whatever.
That seems to be from the second episode of the second season. The first images in those comparisons are from the TV airing, the second images that make it clear she's having sex are from the Blu-ray release.
Either way, that's showing the barely pubescent kid in a very sexually provocative position, so that's something that I'm gonna hold against the work.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. What's the purpose of the scene? Is it some titillation or is it really (as the linked blog's text seems to me to imply) for shock value?
Well, I had a quick look at the episode in question from the original broadcast (Haganai NEXT, Ep 2, scene in question should be around the 11-minute mark), so hopefully they didn't change any plot details for the DVD release. The screenshot is from a H-game in-universe and does not depict any of the actual characters in the series; however, the character description is implied to remind the male lead of his younger sister (as in, the male lead goes, "What's with that title?"), who is 14. (The actual age of the H-game character isn't mentioned.) In context, the screenshot's a gag - the characters are debating whether or not a certain character liking H-games (in comparison to another character's yaoi games) is shameful based on comparing scenes / dialogue from their game content. Duration of problematic content: less than a minute of screentime and that one static image.
...I'd give it a pass based on the original TV release unless further evidence is forthcoming, although I don't know how much detail the actual Blu-Ray release adds aside from the screenshots.

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. The joke is that Sena is trying to defend eroge while that scene is displayed on her laptop. She's more or less called a pervert.
The picture in question is an in-universe VN CG implied to be a sex scene in the broadcast version, with the guy behind the girl added for the B Ds. There is no accompanying sound with the laptop scene. It is, as Pyrite said, a gag.
"Nullius addictus iurare in verba magistri, quo me cumque rapit tempestas, deferor hospes."Each image is a pair, with the top version being the broadcast and the bottom blueray. So that lets it pass on the "a censored version exists" rule, not even getting into the fact that it's a static image used as a gag. Too dirty to make it into an American kids show? Absolutely. Enough to disqualify the entire show from the wiki? No.

Two new flags: Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai and Porn with Plot (which was already cleared in TRS back in 2012).
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanZapped the latter. Inclined to leave the former, since IIRC it was zapped the first time it came up for review.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenWe're already discussing it, so it's probably best not to zap it yet. It may need an amended disposition.
That's the one we were just discussing, with that porn gag.

Clarification: zapped the Porn with Plot flag. Having actually seen the gag in question in context, I know it's just a one-off thing.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard Cohen
I'll admit I've only watched the first episode so far, but unless it takes a sharp turn at some point, Highschool DXD definitely isn't porn. It just has an eye-roll worthy amount of nudity. Also, it was licensed by Funimation (which, as we've discussed, isn't a free pass, but it's a point in its favor).
