Okay, according to Something Awful's review of Nocturnal Illusion, one of the characters you have sex with is Little Red Riding Hood, who is thirteen in this game. Now, assuming that the reviewer's not bullshiting, this work is already going down for pedopandering. Coupled with that it apparently doesn't have much in the way of a plot beyond the sex, I'm definitely gonna give this a devilhead.

Haven't played Nocturnal Illusion, but it does look like one of those old 80's or 90's H-games that are more porn than plot. And yeah, if you can have sex with a 13-year-old girl...

I think the first VN that had good artwork as a modern anime fan would see it would be FSN, as we get into this old stuff its just going to get terrible.

On another note, I have found a manga that, while definitely not cutworthy, could definitely use a clean verdict for its works page, which plays it up in a slightly more negative light due to the sheer volume of outward links to off putting Fanservice.

Is it the same one that you were mentioning previously? Which one is it?

I might need some help with posting links to works here, I can handle tropes just fine, but I have not successfully linked a work anywhere on this wiki. (I am very bad with wiki magic.)

Use CamelCase for Wiki Words. Most days, just using the proper camel-cased title should work to redirect the link to the right subdomain.

Ore No Imouto Ga Konna Ni Kawaii Wake Ga Nai - I was concerned due to the fact that a handful of tropes had external links leading to full face shots of a middle school age girl playing fanservice (And crediting it all to just the first chapter.) It looks like something that shouldn't be cut overall, despite the Audience-Alienating Premise the work is founded on, but needs a desperate clean-up done to the work page.

I should have the energy to review what I have passed through by tomorrow.

I've seen all of Ore Imo. It's clean as a whistle, one blink-and-you-miss-it panty shot in the entire series. The teenage sister loving siscon eroge is played for laughs, and we never see anything bad from her games.

Yeah the Ore Imo is fine.

All the manga links need to be removed from the page anyway though.

Having watched Ore Imo a little over a year ago, I think I'm safe to say that it's clean enough for me to vote Angel. IIRC, while the title indicates some amount of incest subtext, that never shows up in the series itself (aside from other characters comically misunderstanding their relationship and often beating up the older brother for it, despite his innocence.)

I haven't read the manga, though, so if there's more objectionable material there then those can be looked at separately.

edit: Now that I look at it, Ore Imo doesn't even seem to be on the queue. I'll assume it was zapped.

Speaking of which, I'd like to bring up something unrelated to visual novels, but the last two times I did it got lost in the shuffle.

Namely, Time Travel.

It may take some time to get to it, so please be patient. I don't know what kind of system the other panel members use, but unless it's a work I personally am familiar with, or one that needs a deciding vote from me, I generally try to review works on the queue starting from the oldest reported. The good thing about that thread, though, is that we can easily find posts related to works no matter how long ago they were discussed.

Reading through the first two chapters of Kanojo no Kagi wo Akeru Houhou... eh, I'm really starting to lean towards giving this a devilhead.

New thing on the list, Animamundi Dark Alchemist. Never played it, by research tells me:

It's a Boys' Love game.
It's gory and has sexual content, but it's not explicitly pornographic.
It's rated All Ages in Japan. (In Japan, the people who rate computer games are different from CERO, who rate console games. Computer games are rated All Ages or 18+ with nothing in between.)
It has an official English translation and release in America and Europe. It edited a lot of the gore and some light sexual stuff.
It's rated M in America.
