I'd only check if the VN itself forces those scenes and how often you'd see them. If they're only seeable by purposely playing bad, then I wouldn't call it porn.

But how much is the story? The CG does say cut, but the game itself match up to being mostly porn is the question.

So, Zanjibaru is pretty much a definite cut.

The doesn't appear to be anything cut-worthy about Silver Chaos 2 Artificial Mermaid.

I feel like Madou Souhei Kleinhasa should looked into to be sure, but if there's no one around who's played it and wants to defend it, I'd lean towards cutting.

Well, having love routeS bumps up the potential story, and all the tentacle sex is optional (so that's like 2/3 optional sex scenes). Which is why I'd want to talk to someone who's played the game to be sure.

The main thing against is right now is having about 64% of its CG be porn.

Whether it's optional or not is largely irrelevant with X-rated games, since the grand majority of it is sex, people are probably going to be getting it for the sex.

You do realize that's there's no video game rating system in Japan that uses an X rating? That's just what the TV Tropes article writer used to say the game has sex.

And whether the sex scenes are optional to the story has been found to be a valid defense.

Pretty much. That's why I'd vote to cut it unless someone steps up to defend the game.

The thing is, I think that since the game is marketed to those who like tentacles the basic format is just meant to encourage you to save the game, lose on purpose and then proceed correctly. Thus, even if those scenes are optional and only at bad ends, the writers still assumed that anyone who buys the game is going to see them and spent time into making them 'worthwhile.'

As for the kind of porn that the story contains, I honestly try not to hold that against it, but the only reason stuff like (hate to bring this one up again) Rance passed is because there were people to vouch for it. This one doesn't seem to. At best, we should give it a few days for someone to step up, but otherwise this one just has to go. Too much porn.

I've seen the term be used around the internet for such games, which is why I used it. I just assumed it was official.

To its credit, the fairies look like adults.

I have read pretty much all of Bondage Fairies I say cut it, it is porn.

I am guessing 40 or so from all the different arcs or whatever two of them are storys involving the two leads getting captured and raped the other two are random sex with wildlife anthologys if I remember correctly.
