So what about some real speculation on some new classes?

The only thing I can think of is a Geth Rocket Troper: Soldier with Concussive Shot or Carnage and Hunter Mode and maybe Overload.

And a Geth Prime: Sentinel, Tech Armor, Hunter Mode and maybe Incinerate.

Defence matrix, cluster grenade and some tech version of carnage?

I think male quarians will come in at some point given the character models are already there so why not use them.

I did some white/geth/gold farming tonight. Krogan sentinel with claymore/widow is extremely fun, but I quickly find myself at the bottom of the ladder what with all the chain overloads and biotic explosions happening in these farming games.

I also did some bronze tryout sessions with other classes.

Turian sentinel is not as durable as I hoped it would be. Or maybe I'm just too used to krogan.

Asari vanguard (ended up in a game with all blueberries) is okay. I need a faster heavy melee attack for when I come in off the charge. I do like the stasis->charge explosion, though, so maybe I just need to focus on that instead of the normal charge->devastate with something close range.

I can't get the hang of salarian engineer. I see people work that decoy like no other, but I just don't get it.

Decoy attracts the attention of enemies in a certain radius but only if it is the closest target, certain enemies can't kill it iirc (I havent gotten it yet sadly.) like the Human drone.

I want one though... I like to be useful in those farming runs and a match without one is a ton harder. (and Tech Bursts are hard to do without one.)

Geth or Human Eng with a Salarian one booms everywhere.

it's great against banshees. They'll charge right up to the decoy then just sit there looking offended.

Overload is great. I might not put points into incinerate next go around. I mean what do you use incinerate on? Banshees, brutes, primes, atlas mechs...

okay I guess I'll get incinerate as well.

Falco told me not to put points into incinerate for my krogan sentinel, but apparently I had already sunk some points into it. I've found it extremely good for softening up primes and atluses, so I figure it can stay.

[up][up] Incinerate is ok for a human eng but no more than three points in it... (or you could go 3 points in drone but I find that way more useful... I am always finding that thing in odd places kicking ass or freezing Brutes, phantoms, and banshees.) As overload sucks vs giant enemies. I assume it's the same thing for Salarian unless you go for a straight fire explosion build.

I really hate the "Lololol, don't put points into that, it suuuuuuuuuuucks" thing that happens on every game where you can choose skills tongue

That's because in any game where you can allot skill points, you can create an optimal build that can hard counter the meta game. Things are just more flexible when player skill is as large a factor as build and when the devs are actively releasing balance patches.

My source at EA tells me a new map pack and characters called Rebellion is the next thing in the works. Not for a while yet of course as people are still working through Resurgence...

Yes I have a source at EAcool

So... no news on enemy factions?

As for new classes, that should be obvious. Turian Infiltrator. Maybe a quarian engineer with Tali's skills except Defense Drone (mostly because Energy Drain and Missile Drone are awesome).

Yep. I mean yeah easy money but c'mon.

I'm starting to wonder whether this qualifies as Complacent Gaming Syndrome or whether people just want the money.
