How about this:
"Damnit Jim, I'm a doctor not a... wait." That's the wrong action tho :) The character type is emotional / red oni, contrast with, well, The Spock / blue oni.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Well, that's an improvement.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything."It's life, Jim, but not as we know it."
Sorry, couldn't resist.
I don't see what's wrong with the current image. He looks concerned and whatever, and the caption fits it well. I vote to keep it.

More pluck than an Alabama banjo festivalHe doesn't look very concerned. Looking at his face just tells me he has a negative reaction. For all I know, he could be angry, or about to cry, or disgusted. We need a different one, and the one with him and the pregnant woman is an improvement.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Maybe we should put him along side Spock as a comparison.
Well, this is a textbook JAFAAC.
Now I suppose that The McCoy should have a picture of Star Trek's Mc Coy. But even so, then we can still pick a better image of Mc Coy. Remember how we recently changed the image on The Chick from a JAFAAC of Princess Leia to an action shot of Princess Leia? Yeah, that was a good improvement, and we can do the same here.
Now Star Trek TOS is way before my time so I'm not familiar with this guy. I'll assume he is Mc Coy but I'm not sure about that. However, the description says he's supposed to be emotional and humanistic, and this image doesn't quite get that vibe across.
Suggestions please?
