Duplicate Image: Magical Girl

It's a cute picture but it's the same (but smaller) image of the Card Captor Sakura page.

Though this shouldn't be hard to find pictures for the genre.

I can't think of anything good for a signature.

That said IMO lets pick the big shows and do a collage of them

Sailor Moon [1]◊, Pretty Cure [2]◊[3]◊[4]◊[5]◊[6]◊[7]◊, Cardcaptor Sakura and kill the fight before it begins.

Lols, what about fans of Madoka and classic shows like Creamy Mami ,etc?

Yeah, with all the known Magical Girl shows you listed it would be best to make a collage.

Also why don't we add Ojamajo Doremi to the mix (though it's been a while since I saw the show back when I was into that stuff).

And while we're at it let's find some good Card Captor Sakura pictures, too. All the pictures I'm getting are hotlinked.

That would be filed under "Magical Girl trope referred to in other works" thing... maybe its missing a bazillion tropes.

I like the cropped Sakura.

So what do we want to do? Go with just the cropped Sakura? She would go good on Sakura Girl too as the current one's quality is crap... EDIT hey where did that image go? ok that is a good place to put it.

Or go with a collage of the key Magical Girl series?

Sailor Moon and Card Captor Sakura would be a must as that was pretty much the series that made the genre huge, Futari Wa Pretty Cure rebuilt the genre after it nearly died from the flood of Sailor Moon copies and the only big name series currently airing. Madoka Magica and Nanoha are the recent Adult aimed Magical Girl series which are popular on the wiki , Nanoha though ditched the Magical Girl title.

So

• Sailor Moon
• Card Captor Sakura
• Futari Wa Pretty Cure (I would pick [1]◊ this one as it would look good shrunk, shows off the costumes, mascots etc.)
• Madoka Magica

Yea, maybe the Sakura crop should go on sakura girl, and you make collages of those shows there.

One image isnt going to completely show the genre hell the current pic does a poor job of that.

Someone got good pics of those other series I listed? I really like this one as one of them but others.... (if we just want one pic I think this one does a great job, much better than Sakura, it shows off a ton of Magical Girl Tropes and Frills of Justice / Magical Girl Costuming Tropes in one image.)

They have actually added 8 more since that pic... The pic I posted was last year's cast recently replaced off the Pretty Cure page a little crowded ya think?◊ . (The current up to date one is on the Pretty Cure page and a different one is on the Pretty Cure All Stars page....)

Dear God, let me never begin to watch that series! (No offense is intended to anyone who likes it, but I don't normally like things that pink, and if I did then I'd use up our remaining shelf space/bandwidth!)

Magical Girl Team Leads always wear pink or have a pink motif, it's like the Sentai thing where their leaders wear Red but pink is girly.... those are all the team leads. *
