Troper Mafia/Werewolf

Who would be interested in a (variant) game of Mafia? Basically, the idea is that all the players create their own role, which is PM'd to me to approve.

To play, just leave a note here expressing your interest and send a PM to me with this info:

• Name: Name of the role, like "Crook" and "Priest".
• Alignment: Are you on the villagers side or the mafia's? I'll be trying to maintain a ratio of 1:4.
• Effect: The mechanical effect of the role, if any.

I don't think P Ming will be a good idea since this thread would get pushed off fast.

I'd generally be interested to play, but rather with a randomly-assigned role.

I'd like to play too. I also agree that roles can be given at random via PM, like past games had been run.

I'm interested whether the players pick their own roles or if there's a predetermined open setup. Is there going to be a time limit to the day phase and/or will it be an instant-lynch once a person has a majority of the votes? How long will the night phase last?

@Randomly assigned roles: I can work with that.

@Day/Night: The day phase lasts until all players have voted or 48 hours pass. The night phase lasts until all players who do something in the night have made their move, or, again, 48 hours have passed.

I think I'll play.

So should we officially do signups?
