It's from one of the comics, and it is an example.
The description does say, "This is often a G-rated version of Rape as Drama – in fact, the whole concept usually carries at least an implicit threat of rape when you think about it," which pretty much means there's an implied Rule 34 there.
Horns and spikes does show hints of him being a villain. She looks like a princess, and princess don't tend to want to marry villains.
It's also the best picture suggested thus far with absolutely no competition.

The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Keep Until Better Image Suggested
I don't mind the pic, but I'd like to see a larger version that has more of what's going on around it.
The bride does not provide any explicit visual cues, so this really is not a very good image. Not really sans replacement worthy, though.
I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!Well, comparable to the example image for Rule 63, everyone recognizes Bowser and Princess Peach and knows that he wants to forcibly marry her. But on the other hand, this particular scene from Super Mario Adventures is with Peach under a spell, which is why she's not visibly objecting to it. Also, more recent game storylines (such as Super Mario Sunshine) have made the subject of a possible past relationship between the two less of an emphatic "no" and more of a "probably" (considering Peach had to think about whether Bowser Jr. was her son, implying that she probably likely did have Bowser's child before). There could be a better image, I agree. For now, I think this is better than nothing. When a better image comes along, use it.

Here's an alternative scene from the same graphic novel, that may provide a better image.
Too many panels, text is too small to read
Okay. Does one of the panels demonstrate it well by itself though?
Here's another swing at it.
Much better
What does everyone else think?
Looks good to me.
I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!I think it's good.
Alt account of Angeldog 2437.That version with the panels the same height looks better. I'm okay with it.
It's a big improvement, but I would like to also have the turn-to-stone panel in there to show that he's a villain and he's not just asking her.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!"...you're going to have to..." doesn't seem like a request.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Indeed, "you're going to have to" is coercive.
No more comment or followup? Sounds like this image pickin' discussion is concluded.
The Bowser one is excellent.
Yeah, that one works just fine, and since this is at the clocking point, I think we'll just run with it. Locking up.
Okay, this is tricky. The image shows what appears to be an Inter Species Marriage. I think that's supposed to be Bowser and the princess from Mario, but the princess really doesn't look like that, and I think that marrying her is Rule 34 rather than the plot of any actual Mario game. So that would make them not an example.
Also, the picture doesn't show that he's a villain, that he's abducted her, or that the marriage is forced.
I don't think this is a good illustration of the trope, but would like some other people's thoughts on the matter.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
